Even after we expressed our concerns about the non-communication it did not improve until we made a call and spoke to the sales manager. Dave was quick to rectify the situation. The second sale took roughly six months to complete. During the process, we were lied to and experienced some of the worst customer service by the Management staff you could imagine. The disorganization and lack of internal communication between Management employees drove the customer service issues. Even though the timeframe of the second sale took entirely too long, if it were not for a few of the helpful staff members in the service department, the sale would have taken even longer. The lack of customer service the Bath location provided during and after the second sale was simply poor and unprofessional at best. Being repeat customers meant nothing to them.

I bought the camper as is and was aware of the water damage and some other minor things that needed repairs. Upon getting the camper home I noticed the black holding tank was full of sewage. We reached out to Rv Value mart and haven't gotten a response. I purchased a tool to help flush it out and after a few hours it is functional now. I don't want to make a huge deal out of this but it's not a good business practice to sell someone a full sewer tank. Buyers beware! If you're buying a new product you would not have to worry about something like this.
