Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work. Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. Then the mechanic showed me what to do in case it happened again.

But the very nice lady at the service desk said they could scan the truck right away and then we would figure out what to do then. It turned out that the thermostat was bad, and they had one in stock. I was back on the road in under an hour and the bill was less than I anticipated. I did not buy my unit from them nor have I ever met them but they to this point have gone above and beyond to help fix my new camper issues. The work initially looked good, but first heavy rain the area filled up with water again, so the leak obviously wasn't really fixed. Also, dewinterization left a valve open and antifreeze in the system. I reached out twice and haven't received any response regarding the repairs. I spent several thousand dollars but based on the incomplete work and lack of communication I wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same.
