I just wanted to share a quick shoutout to Hitch (aka Hitcham). He's an awesome guy! He came over in his mobile van and worked on three bikes for us. I had bought them on Amazon and tried to assemble them myself with my wife--one was a 10-year-old girl's bike, another an electric bike, and the third was an adult tricycle. Let's just say I got a little too ambitious and spent hours working on them, but it wasn't going smoothly at all. A big F and Fail for us =) Hitch came to the rescue, fixed all the issues we had, and made sure everything was working properly. He even took the time to teach us how to properly use all the equipment, especially the electric bike, which my wife had never ridden before. Hitch was great! Scheduled appointment with an on time arrival. My E'bike was having some acceleration issues. Hitch gave me a little tutorial on how to use my pedal assist when the bike is NOT in motion! Who knew?! Not me, cuz I hate reading operation manuals! In any case, Hitch did a few minor adjustments (semi tune-up), ended up taking my bike overnight, brought back the next morning and all is good! I'm ready for my Ciclavia ride!
