I have a 2023 JuicedBikes Ripracer ebike and use it to commute to and from work. I only noticed the tire leaking with sealant when I saw the wet area of the tire, and wondered, why is this spot wet all the time, even when I wiped it dry the day before?. Since my Flatout tire sealant is keeping the air in my rear tire, I was on borrowed time, and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Enter: Yelp. I sent out a request to several mobile bike technicians, and Eli was the most responsive and had straightforward transparent pricing. In my description of the problem, I was asking for a quote for the rear tire sealant leak, brake pad replacement, and hydraulic brake bleed. Eli arrived, I set up an area for him to get his shop in order, and performed all the work I required, and went even above and beyond to file the rear brakes for me because they wouldn't fit right. Guess what: I didn't have a file on me, so he went out and bought one and made a customer happy. He also made the squeaking noise my brake rotors do by filing the rotor down. How can you beat that type of service and dedication? It's like he fixed up his own bike, but it's also my bike - does that make sense? Brah, don't expect another mobile bike technician to go above and beyond. Trust your ride with an experienced ebike/bike technician like Eli. You won't be disappointed!

Eli came quick! Two fat tires replaced on an e-bike in less than 2 hours. Did a great job! Text him in the morning and he was there in a few hours. Brought my bike down to the garage and went back to work. Eli text and let me know when the job was done - couldn't be more happy with his service. Highly recommend.

I live near the old Montrose Bike Shop which recently closed. I occasionally took my bike there for maintenance. When looking for a nearby shop, Cyclopunk came up, and I called and was told they could come out and do the think at my place. Sounds good! Eli came out with a new trainee, and they set up in the driveway, and fixed my shifter issue in no time. The price was very reasonable, and I didn't even have to leave my home! It's true, the trusty ole Montrose Bike Shop has closed after 75 years. Yet, all is not lost! CycloPunk--helmed by the enthusiastic Eli, a veteran of MBS and the CVHS mountain bike team--stands in the gap to keep the Crescenta Valley's bikes in top-notch condition! PRICES: Same as MBS, definitely cheaper than InCycle Pasadena. CONVENIENCE: CycloPunk comes to my house for my bike repairs and maintenance, so I don't have to find time to take my bikes to the shop. STYLE: CycloPunk shows up in a sunshiny yellow VW Beetle that screams Can-Do Attitude. Twice-bent derailleur on my son's 20" Woom Off Air 4? CycloPunk came to my house same day, had it fixed up in no time. Lost a rear wheel spoke (no, I don't know how) on my Trek ProCaliber 9.5? I fired off a quick text message, and CycloPunk picked up the part and went to my house to perform the repair while I was at the office. Please, don't miss out on a weekend shredding and get ridiculed by your friends because you didn't have time to get your bike repaired. Cyclopunk mobile bike service was awesome. I reached out and connected with Eli. He communicated well and got us booked for service within 2hrs. He tuned up my wife's bike and replaced 2 of her flat tires due to a puncture. He was super friendly and provided great service. He even checked to see if any of our other bikes needed tune up. Rene was so quick with the inner tube replacement and liner installation, that I commented on his speed. He said that he's been doing this work for 35 years. He's really good. Reasonable prices as well. I also observed him helping a family pick a bike to buy for the daughter in the family. He was patient and helpful in choosing one that would appeal to her sense of style, and that would be practical for the purpose. The bikes in the shop appeared to be good quality for reasonable prices. I will be back. This place is a great find.

I bought a Surly Preamble from ATC about three months ago. Love the bike, but there was a problem with my derailleur that I didn't immediately identify because I rode a single speed for years and haven't had to shift gears since I was a teenager. At first I thought I was just shifting wrong. Brought the bike in repeatedly and the issue would get fixed, recur, get fixed again, recur again, etc. It was annoying but ATC was always accommodating. Eventually it became clear we needed to replace the derailleur. By this time I was out of the 60 day service window AND the part had sustained damage at least twice; I had crashed once and had the bike banged around on the train. I was fully prepared to shell out for the new derailleur - I was pretty sure the original one had been fucked from the start but I couldn't prove it and I HAD damaged it before its first service appointment so I figured I'd pay the stupid tax. Not necessary; ATC swapped in the new part and didn't charge me for it even though they totally could have and I would've totally paid. And it wound up being the fair outcome, because as soon as I started shifting gears with the replacement it was immediately clear to me that the original part had been janky all along, long before I damaged it. It never shifted smoothly and, having experienced smooth shifting, I now understand that. They are very helpful, focused on customer service, and committed to ensuring you leave happy and have a smooth ride. I had a challenging first few months with my bike but I'm glad ATC was the shop untangling it for me. Also if you take your bike on the train I recommend standing by it the whole ride so it doesn't get bashed around.

everyone should have Eli fix or take a look at your bike. He came out same day, saw the problem fixed it, very knowledgeable about different bikes and an avid lover of his craft. Great to talk to. After Montrose Bike Shop closed I wasn't too sure where to go to get repairs done.
