We ordered Veggie Special, Shiro, Lega tibs for about $80. The attached picture was after a few table spoons of each meal. The food was good. The food was covered with a lot of injeras. After pealing off those mount of injeras, all I found was an ice thin food. The food is definitely overpriced. I normally don't like to give negative reviews. But this time, I wanted to voice my opinion. We frequently order Ethiopian food from different Ethiopian restaurants to help out the community. I will not order from this restaurant again.

Tasty food but mostly just injera in the takeaway container. Very overpriced for what you get.

Other than the veggie combo, which offers on average one new and different recipe each time, just ask them what's fresh.

Great beer garden/brewery not far off 355 in Rockville! Front of business is a bustling dining and…read morebar area with plenty of seating (sit wherever you like) with board games available for rent. The back area has the brewery section and additional space for events/private parties. Ordering is done with QR codes at the tables. Service is very friendly. Menu has many types of brews and bar food. They also have wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beers. Was here for an event. Crowded, bustling and full of life in this joint. Shared a "big cheese" cheese pizza. It has a crispy and slightly chewy crust with a tangy tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella and parmigiana cheese. Comfort food at its best. Others tried pepperoni and veggie pizzas which were also praised. For my beverage of choice went with the Stella Artois (non-alcoholic as I had a long run the next morning). It was light and refreshing. They also had cups and a water cooler at the right wall for those who wanted to hydrate throughout. Love this!

Silver Branch's selection of foods and beers was just the type of place I was looking for, and as icing on the cake, that evening, a local pet adoption center was going to have some dogs outside you could meet and that hopefully some locals would adopt into a forever-home. Ordering food and drink from any of the many tables inside is super convenient. Each table has its own QR code that you can scan, to bring up their menu on your phone. Once an order is placed, the food and drink come out very quickly, and a running tab will be kept until you choose to close it. I enjoyed my stout (a can pour) with flavors of coconut and almond, and it paired nicely with my Southwest Salad. It wasn't obvious to me, as a first time customer, that you have to get your silverware and napkins from a station a elsewhere in the large room, but luckily, I had overheard someone else commenting on that before my food arrived. The only possible problem might be parking on busy nights. For example, on this night, a concert was going to start nearby; the dinner crowd was larger than usual, and more parking spots in the area were taken. Other than that, food and drink are very enjoyable here, and I'd certainly come back if I'm in the area again.

I also got a mushroom lasagna and it didn't feel hot enough/ didn't taste amazing after the first few bites. But hoping it's a one off and would like to try some other things. We weren't the biggest fan of the chicken sandwich (I think it was called the chicken royale?) we got either- it just didn't work with the combination inside the sandwich. Seemed like there was only 1 person running the whole downstairs (and maybe training someone else) but he was a burst of sunshine keeping it together. Because of the 2 dishes not really hitting the mark but fish and chips are great id give it between 3 & 4 stars! Will come back for the fish & chips and try something else as the atmosphere was lovely and service was nice. Also looks like they have nice deals for every day of the week at the upstairs portion.

The servers were friendly and prompt, and cheerfully gave us separate checks when it was time to pay. But, unless you like your beer warm, the drinks may disappoint you. My beet salad with goat cheese and grapefruit was beautifully described on the menu - enough to seduce me to order something that was not an Irish classic - but was not enjoyable enough to finish. The fries were good though, and the fried fish that others ordered looked to be perfectly done. So perhaps I'll come back when I'm in the mood for some classical fare. Too bad about the beer though.,,

I believe the hookah was $20. I decided to get wings because I was super hungry and didn't want to try new foods but I tasted the Derek tips sambusa (?) but everything was soooo good! I would deff come back to try again. I had a $7 happy hour drink, vodka with Red Bull and it was really strong. I didn't even need another one on top of the hookah. 4/5 stars because the service was really slow for the food and hookah but everyone was nice! The inside was beautiful and I would love to come again. Only thing is I know normally they have a DJ but the day I came they only played Ty Dolla $ign! Lol I would love to hear a variety.

I have no issue tipping for good service because I believe tips should be earned. I am personally in the service industry. However, I strongly disagree with the automatic 18% service charge when the service doesn't reflect it. During this visit, our server greeted us, took our drink order, and brought drinks. After that, we didn't see her again for about an hour. There were no check-ins, no refills, and no effort to make sure we were enjoying the moment. When we asked for the check, her attitude felt dismissive. If service charges are mandatory, then the service should consistently meet that standard. The ambiance was okay! but the service did not justify the mandatory charge. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and focuses on improving the overall experience

About two blocks from the main cross-streets of Downtown Silver Spring. Worth the brief walk to…read morecome for dinner. It was a nice evening and we decided to sit outside. For starters, we got the New England Clam Chowder and an order of Chickpea Fries. New England Clam Chowder - definitely a chowder and not a soup (heavy cream base) with a nice flavor and a healthy amount of clam bits. Chickpea Fries - A nice portion of well prepared fries. Nice crunch on the outside, but moist on the inside. Well seasoned and not oily. Comes with ketchup and an avocado lime ranch, which was ok. It's a huge portion and we took most of it home to enjoy later. Good use of chickpeas. Branzino - This is a whole fish split in half. Pretty easy to remove the bones oneself. The skin was nice and crunchy with the meat inside moist. Well prepared. I'm not a huge fan of dill and I think the seasoning of dill is a bit overdone here. (I'm pretty sure it's dill. Whatever it is, it's too heavy for me and detracts from the meal.). The wild rice side dish is very good. Lobster Roll - Excellent. My partner ordered this and the only comment was that the large was very big and next time they likely would get the small one. Lots of delicious, cold lobster meat. The fries also were excellent. The service overall was very good. Our food was served at an appropriate rate (apps, then main, which seems not to be important at a lot of restaurants these days) and the water service was excellent. Recommend this restaurant. I probably would not get the Branzino again because of the heavy dill seasoning, but there are other items in the menu that look interesting.

I had a menu in front of me in no time. Drink order taken, but I feel like when I place this order, it always gets messed up. I ordered a Sprite and water, all I got was the Sprite. With the heat, I sure could have used the water more, but oh well. Time to order and I wanted to order a dog, but also something to go with it. Seeing how the dogs don't come with a side, you need to order something else. I went with the Chili Idol. You cannot go wrong with a chili cheese dog, that is for sure. I love their bun concept here, giving you the option to cut this up into thirds, which you will need to do because of how big this thing is. Then to add on the heap of toppings, chili, cheese sauce and diced onions. You are in for a treat. Of course I devoured it. As my side for this, I went with their Crispy Pickle Chips, served with Miso Ranch. I could have went with fries, but I think this elevated it just a bit more. These were fresh from the fryer. That ranch, the right amount of salty to compliment it all. The atmosphere in here was a bit dead during my visit as it was after the lunch rush, but when I was about to leave it was picking up as the World Cup was coming on. I can see why people flock here because it has televisions everywhere. And each one of them has some sort of sports on them.
