She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. Thankfully, they also had a garage large enough for our Sprinter (also rare in our experience). Our regular mechanic couldn't check it until Friday, but recommended Twins Auto. I contacted them and was told to come over so a mechanic could take a short drive with me to see what it might be. I called to say I arrived and was told to park. Someone would be out soon. Jerry came out and sat in the passenger seat. He started asking questions after I gave a description of the noise. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.

Very honest service: I had the dealership tell me I need multiple things replaced; however, when I went to Exclusive Repair, they were realistic and said many of the items did not to be replaced quite yet. Overall, they made the repair process so seamless as they texted me their recommendations / photos and pricing, and then I could respond with which repairs I wanted to have done. I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so. I know they'll give it to me straight and that I won't be pushed into buying or doing any work that isn't needed. From prices I paid at other places with a different car make, they seem fairly priced. Their shop is cozy and they have a nice waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks as you wait. I haven't serviced my Honda anywhere else and don't plan on going anywhere else as long as we're in Omaha!
