Regal did a great job replacing the old liner and repairing the old pocket stitching. They also added a two large interior pockets the original did not have. The surprising part is how quick the service was. They came around noon to pick it up and I had it back on my front porch by the end of the workday. Comforter was clean, pressed, and smelled fresh. They even repacked it in a plastic bag and returned the original bag I packed it in. I think I will be using this service more often, especially now that social distancing is going to be the norm for a few months it seems. I will probably still use them afterwards just for the convenience. I did have a few issues with their website. For some reason, it was hard to schedule a time to have them pick up my items, but the owner Sherrita was nice enough to schedule the time for me. The washers are good and get the clothing cleaned properly. The dryers are free which is a very good perk since you must pay for the temperature of the water in the washer or if you want an extra rinse. They have wash cards that you can reload. This is probably the best perk. I don't carry much cash around so It's a hassle to get cash, then to get quarters so the coin operated machines never worked for me.
