The battery was covered under a AAA warranty, and AAA directed me to Hobart Auto Center for assistance. Originally went just for an estimate and Gary B. was so helpful in giving me prices and assessing the damage. Had to go through the other party's insurance which was Kemper auto worst insurance company to deal with, but Gary B was able to help me by getting the process going in getting a supplement in order to be able to cover my repairs. When I got the car back it's was like brand new definitely have to a newfound love again for the car might just keep it. He also owned his own shop for 15 years. He's a pro. He gave me a great deal and I could tell from reviews that I was going to be happy with the results. Plus he's a total sweetheart so he's great to work with. Gary said he'd need a few extra days with my car because it was a holiday weekend and they were closed on Friday. That was fine with me -- I definitely didn't want them to rush the job. Turns out, Gary called me early the following week and told me my car was ready -- 3 days earlier than planned! When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked. It looked like a new car and it's a 2012! He had it beautifully detailed too so everything was gleaming! I never leave reviews. But Gary really saved me. I got into a fender bender and my car was not in a good condition at all. I called many spots in LA and every single one was going to charge me over $5000 or beyond. One even said the job was going to be way too much for out of pocket and that I should get my insurance involved. I didn't want my prices to go up more.
