Awesome service and food. Greeted immediately, once we stepped inside. We ordered a Philly cheese steak with cuy fries and pub cheese to dip in. My son got the Cuban and tots. Both were hot and fast. We each got something to go. I got a buffalo chicken Mac n cheese and my son got a pippin popping chicken sandwich. Total with large tip was $84.00. Joined the Lord of the Wings rewards club also. We like this place! The wings are really good, the staff is very nice and helpful. Ask for the side basket of carrots and celery. It's generous and delicious. It's a big place with some outdoor seating in back I believe. Lots of TVs to take in sports. The beer is cold and lots of choices. The burger wrap is good, too. I didn't like the Gyro at all. I had the burger wrap, my son the double smash cheeseburger with bacon, my husband had the black and blue burger with bacon. Well prepared and presented. Service was excellent. Ambiance was fitting for a sports bar. So good my son and I went back a week later. I had the chicken wrap and the best onion rings ever. My son had the Big Bad Wolf which is a grilled cheese meets pulled pork and ham topped with Carolina gold bbq sauce. Just as good as the first time! Food is comfort food so it is just that. Just beware if you go as a group they stick you with a 20% tip automatically. That seems to be a little high for an automatic tip. The time it takes to get your order is very long, so don't get in a hurry if you go. The last time our group went here the server did not even bother to bring back our change. Some of the best wings in Tallahassee. The Crawfordville Highway location is most convenient to my house but I have been to all of the locations over the years. Hobbit has a great menu. You can get a gyro, wings, a good burger, and more. Their cold draft beer is on point. I don't know how they make their bleu cheese dressing but it is delicious. Friday Phillies are the best deal in town! Great price for a sandwich, fries and drink. The daily deals are worth looking at. The variety of wing flavors is good too. My favorites are the Carolina Gold and the Polynesian. Managers are always friendly and ready to help. Especially Marion, JT, Nick and Becky. Friday nights do get busy, as they have live music, but have never had a problem with overly long wait times, considering. The bands are usually pretty good, too. The pretzel bites and pub cheese are addictive and on cold nights the chili with Hobbit toast hits the spot. They also have a good selection of salads for people trying to eat healthy. There is a secret menu item called the Big, Bad Wolf that is certainly worth trying! It is a sandwich with pulled pork, bacon and ham, smothered in Carolina Gold sauce. Try it. You'll thank me. My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke products while having a full bar. Rum and Pepsi is just not good. Went there last night and had the worst service i have ever had by a bartender in my life!! Her name was Nicole and with only 10 people at the bar and plenty of staff to cover the floor,she was running around for what I saw no reason! She did come up to us quickly for drink orders and food orders but did not get the order right,when we brought it to her attention she got pissy but rectified the problem,couldn"t get her to get us another drink had to have a waitress get it for us..she continued to ignore us while taking a shot at the end of the bar so no one would see...and sat there for 10 minutes to receive our tab and another 5 mins until she came back to make change!! We even had to purchase more wings so that we could actually get what we wanted in the first place... we normally enjoy going there but with Nicole as a representation of your establishment I would think again We and plenty of others we know in this community will be going to beef's rather than receive service like that!!!! read more
