I however, felt like a criminal anytime I asked for help or had a question for manager Max or cashier Barbara. I was trying to resolve a situation and needed to get only $10 back (I read online all you needed was an ID). Everyone else in the checkout line was treated like they were old neighbors! But me? Any questions I asked were put down, no eye contact, no smile. I am shocked at the poor treatment of your customers. Shame on you! I am sitting in the parking lot in tears, I cannot believe how cold this store is and I WILL NOT be returning!

Today I went in at opening and was absolutely blown away by the needle craft section. I walked out with an Amigurumi kit, a cross stitch kit, an embroidery kit, a felt needle case, and four fat quarters for under $25. The Amigurumi was only $5.99! The same size, but a Wooble kit, was in the $30s at JoAnn and Michael's. I'm interested to try this and see how it works out. I guess, I'll happily and begrudgingly be back. Oh the mixed emotions. I've had several art pieces framed in their framing department over the years. They do a fantastic job!! No complaints at all. Obviously, they have aisles and aisles of home decor, furniture, arts & crafts, seasonal decorations, fake flower dept,, and so much more. Their prices are fair and the selection of "home" items is endless. On a side note, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to visit.

Staff here was pretty friendly, the store is located in a busy strip mall with many things going on so be wary of traffic. Overall the store was pretty modern and has a lot of eye-catching things. We went for a specific item which they were out of stock but we found it at another location. Special Shout to Denise... we had a full blown toddler tantrum. A customer was so rude and said shut up to my granddaughters crying. Denise quickly apologized and said we should not be embarrassed because this is a typical age for a toddler. It only lasted 3 minutes and she put herself to sleep right after. Thank you Denise for being so kind.
