Out of necessity I entered a hobby lobby. The store was a disaster. Things were on the wrong shelves there was very little signage and after waiting 15 minutes for a worker to get done with one customer so that they can answer a question for me I decided to put the rest of my basket back on the shelves and leave because it didn't seem like I was going to get checked out anytime soon. The things they sell do not live up to their name as mostly it's just holiday stuff and bargain bin equipment. read more

This location has so many items with good deals and discounts. The lines are usually long, which is understandable and the cashiers do their best to keep the line moving. There was a co manager helping with the registers (she was so nice and her name began was S), but then some male who I assume is the manager, was at a register and not helping which I find so odd. So disappointing I come to hobby lobby every week ? Why ? It's my favorite store . I needed to use the restroom . The restrooms were disgusting . All 4 were disgusting . Plus no toilet paper . Then I went ahead walked over to the front registers to speak to someone . I approached the person that was doing small talk . I was a little bit confused I was like ? Why is there a person here waisting her time while the restrooms need attention ! I do like the store and their selection and variety however, I wish Hobby lobby would change their format for checkout so that there would be a line that filters into all the other lines. It would be much more efficient and so as to get the first available checker instead of watching people they got in line behind you check out first. read more

It is my first time to be here. It is spacious, plenty of products, clean and organized. Airy, well lit and the aisles are all free of clutter. You can move with ease. Employees on the floor are accommodating and helpful. This is a good place to shop for gifts, party supplies, arts and crafts and furnitures. I actually found a good piece of jewelry and a jigsaw puzzle with 1000 pieces for my friend and it was on clearance. Good deal. Plenty of parking lots. read more

Lines are always super long. Come here looking for collectibles on Thursday and there was already a guy going through the boxes. This place is addicting . I came here for Christmas things and I left with extra things I needed. The prices were awesome. At that time all the Christmas things were 50% off, so that was nice. Other items in the store were on sale too. This store is huge and has many things you would need. Staff is so nice and helpful. The store is also clean. After this last visit I think I will shop at a different location. Only 2 lanes open. A regular lane and a return lane and each lane had 20 people in it. I was in line for 20 minutes to buy 1 flower to finish a holiday arrangement. I would've left but then I'd have to go through the whole process of trying to find what I need at another location and that wasn't an option so I waited. And I waited and waited some more. While in line not one cashier called backup. I'd understand if it were the day before thanksgiving or Christmas but it isn't, so what the heck's going on?! I saw no action taken so I called the store while waiting in this ridiculous long line and asked if they'd be willing to call an extra cashier. All I heard was the lady on the phone hollering at someone else and then she hung up on me. What I'd like to know is who is running this place? It is unprofessional and the lack of customer service shows. All I can say is if they keep this up the way it is now, they will not be in business for a long. I don't know what the allure of this place is anymore, especially when they also don't offer their coupons anymore. I'm very disappointed and I'll be thinking twice before coming here for crafts again. You guys really have to do better, especially if you want to keep your customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Everytime I go to this location it is a horrible experience. I walked out this time after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Two new lanes were open but both cashiers pulled from the same lane and ignored the other two lanes. The cashier at mine was slower than an snail. I had come in looking for a birthday headband I had a picture of the item which also provided the item number. Lisa proceeded to tell me that she could NOT look on her computer to tell me where the item was located in the store and that she does not have a backstock of anything.. I was not asking if they had backstock. I was simply asking where exactly in the store I should be looking for the item.. She proceeded to raise her voice and be very rude! It is honestly a shock because i have been into the store and received the most excellent Customer service where an employee walked me to the exact item I was looking for. I would love to give more stars but my experience as I closed the transaction with the cashier was bad. They were 15 minutes to closing and the female elder manager is in my ear huffing and puffing for my family and I to leave. Poor customer service from them. Went in to exchange yarn. I love their yarn. But I love my life and those of my family more. First, I saw three employees wearing their masks well below their noses. One mask was so loose, it was uncovering her mouth. The front area supervisor was one of the employees wearing their masks wrong. Then, I saw a customer by the floral area without a mask. Got what I needed and ended up behind the customer with no mask. So, I asked her where her mask was. She told me it was in her purse where it belongs. I wish I had a can of Lysol spray to spray the air. I didn't use the credit card machine because she touched it and they don't sanitize between customers. Because nothing was said to the maskless customer, I thought maybe they didn't require them. Nope. I saw the sign. They just don't enforce the rule. So, I'm heading to Joann across the street from now on. Or Michaels up the street from me. Also, the quality of service has gone downhill from when they first opened. I used almost half a bottle of hand sanitizer when I left. read more

I went into hobby lobby on rainbow for only my second time. There was a 50% jewelry sale and lots of other things at 50 and 40 % off. I selected jewelry I went to the material section and had a piece cut. I saw the sign said 40% off but was told it was not the one Thea was at that price but me I like the piece and had look other places and didn't see what I wanted so I got it. Went to the register with my items. Cashier Emily didn't seem like she was not in a good mood. She just started ringing up my items not making any eye contact at all, she was ringing up things so I asked seem like you are over charging for item she said no I rang 2 together. I know in stores are anywhere cashiers do greet customers when they come to the register. She seem nervous and kept looking too the side and behind her. I spent 122.00 in that store never recognized as a customer and didn't get a thank you want be back and never will I tell anyone it's a good place too shop. I died and went to home decor heaven! If you're looking for a gift for a friend, coworker, teacher etc. and you don't find it here, it doesn't exist. There are two cashiers you decide to put a third cashier in after the lines have been long for over 20 minutes, you take from one line but don't take from the other line to put at the third cashier.
