Though the location was busy and there were a number people waiting, he never made us feel rushed and took his time with us, but also genuinely greeted the others around us, making sure they knew he was aware of them and was ready to take care of them after us. I came in today right at 10:00 am when they opened. There were a few employees working but had zero…read moreinteraction with customers. I was looking for pellets to fill small stuffies that I'm making. I was able to find 2 bags in the clearance section. Yeah, at least the price was right! This is a pretty small store and they have zero fabric! I headed to a self checkout kiosk and my total was less than the reward credit I had earned from previous visits. I went to ask a salesgirl if the remaining credit amount will still show up on my account and she said that it would. And it did! She was busy blowing up balloons and barely even looked at me. The whole experience left me feeling kind of detached. Very little human interaction and what interaction I had, I initiated.
