They make up rules and policies on the spot. This has happened a few times, but today was the final straw. This evening, I wanted to purchase a 49.99 vase that was damaged. I asked about discounting it and was told by the manger that I could have $2 off. I have always been told at least 10%. When I asked the manager about it (named Elaine) and told her that was abnormal, she told me that she could make up any price that she wants. She then told the sales associate to write AS IS on it so that I can't return it. Her tone was flippant and dismissive. I literally just bought a dresser at the Allen location that needed a repair. They gave me a decent discount and when I said was unsure if it is was the right size, they said no problem you can always return it. I spend thousands of dollars with this corporation each year. This store's manager is always rude and difficult and folks deserve to be treated more fairly and with better customer service. I also purchased a piece of furniture, when I asked about help carrying it out I was told that no one was on the floor to help. I just carried it out myself. Horrible.
