I love crafting, creating and expressing myself any way I can. I love hobby lobby and can find myself spending a lot of time (sometimes too much time) here. They do have daily sales so I recommend checking their website for those before you go so you can save some $. This store is always clean, always busy and they always have plenty of friendly cashiers. They are almost always stocked up and have a great variety of supplies. read more

Today was like absolute chaos in here. Folks were not paying attention. Social distancing was not being followed or enforced. The employees were overwhelmed by customers so it's like protocols became unimportant in order to keep the long lines moving and get folks out. I also overheard employees griping about social distancing not being enforced and fear of "going into the purple zone" because of it while I was nearby. With only three people ahead of me, in my 30 minutes of standing in line for a refund after being overcharged for a purchase, I saw four different employees swap roles of taking over working the entrance: sanitizing carts and baskets, (sometimes) counting customers for capacity limitations, and putting sanitized carts/baskets away for use. Customers steadily streamed inside, grabbing at carts not yet sanitized, asking the employee to sanitize one right then instead of grabbing what was already clean inside the store, touching two sanitized carts to separate them (leaving the second cart now unsanitized for someone else to grab), and I noticed the capacity number on the tablet not change much despite MANY people entering and some exiting. The hysteria is unreal. It seems very few people care to follow rules to maintain safety. I won't be coming back to Hobby Lobby until it's safe to do so. read more

The 2 women working in the framing department saw me waiting and said, "We'll be right with you" and then continued their conversation for 5 minutes or so before wrapping it up and then asking how they could help me-the only customer on sight. Prepare to wait in line for a VERY LONG TIME!! I've been to this hobby lobby five times now and only once was I able to get through the line within a few minutes. This last time I was in line for almost 15 minutes with only two people ahead of me. I totally understand having good customer service but the cashier kept talking to the customer even after they were cashed out. They also have to hand key in every single item, this process takes forever!! This will be the last time I come here because my patience has run out! To end on a positive note, they have a huge selection, the shelves are always stocked and the prices are great. All of that though is not worth me standing in line for 15-20 minutes very single time I want to cash out. I can just go to JoAnn's or Michael's. read more

Definitely love this location since they moved from 80th and Wadsworth. This location is much bigger, therefore things are more spread out- you don't feel super cramped and things aren't as clustered. Store was clean, well-lit, and the associates were very helpful in finding items! Will definitely (happily) make the extra distance drive to this location! read more

Service at checkout is terrible. One line 16 deep. Manager talking casually to someone. Then calls for help, and line breaks, leaving front of line waiting, taking last customers first. Then Mgr, said she could help me, but was waiting for customer who ran outside, so I had to wait, when I could have been helped earlier. Their line management is ridiculous. We usually love coming to this store but after today we are extremely disappointed. This business is full of false advertisements and false sales. I had many items that had signs saying they were on sale and they still had rang up at full price. When I politely questioned why they rang up full price LINDA at register one yelled at me and my daughter and just kept saying no when I asked why things weren't on sale. This is not the first time this has happened either there is always false advertisements with their sales and it is getting to be quite ridiculous. Linda needs a serious attitude adjustment and if she continues to act like this I will not hesitate to bring it to corporate. read more

The only reason I give this store a two star rating is the fact that they had more than one register open, unlike most of the Hobby Lobby stores that I have shopped at. Also, big store, large selection. However, the cashier seemed to be more interested in what her co-workers were doing than her customers...... what in the world has happened to customer service, people?! read more

I went to this location because it's convenient from my home. I had to get a piece of artwork framed and matted at the custom framing department. Rick, an older gentleman who was quite experienced, was a great help. The color he suggested for the mat was perfect. The whole process didn't take long while I watched him work. I am very pleased at how it looks on my living room wall. If I need anything else framed I will be sure to have Rick help me. read more

This is the best craft store you are going to find. I love that they have this new location. I love the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves to do crafts. Even if you don't love crafts come in for the decorating ideas and all the fun things there to do with kids for any holiday. You'll keep coming back and you may not want to leave! read more

Generally I love shopping at this store but a recent experience was quite disappointing. I was in there after work one day last week and I was in line behind a lady with a couple of items. There was another lady at the register being helped with a return. The return was apparently very problematic as the associate had to call a manager over several times. I must've waited a half an hour, and the lady in front of me who knows how much longer. I don't blame the associate at the register, I blame the manager that she had to call over several times who didn't at any point in time take the lady in front of me and me over to a different register and get us taken care of. People after people after people kept coming and going through the other lines and, of course, who wants to get in line behind a bunch of other people when they've already been waiting and it seemed reasonable to think that this return was just about wrapped up and then we would be taken care of. But no, it was a very long wait and the manager had absolutely no regard whatsoever for the lady in front of me or me our ridiculously long wait time. If he cannot grasp this very basic concept of customer service he should not be a manager. Perhaps he should've taken the problematic return over to another register and takem care of that lady enabling the associate at the register to handle those of us who have been waiting. Clearly I cannot go into the store unless I have tons of time Case I get stuck waiting! read more
