The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

The site was left clean and the crew was quiet and respectful whenever they were in our home. HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Backordered package originally due to arrive 13-Dec-2019, never showed up. No communication from Lowe's until we called. Got sent between Corporate and Local Westminster, CO store. Hung up on several times after phone transfers or phone would ring and ring with no answer. Finally got to someone in store indicating backorder status. Email magically showed up 19-Dec-2019 (6 days after original forecast delivery date) indicating new delivery date of 03-Jan-2020, however, phone conversation with Lowe's previously indicated mid to late Jan 2020. Was told to submit rebates anyways by Lowe's personnel--Rebates were DENIED after 1 week's time. Finally CANCELED order today 26-Dec-2019. Have already de-installed over-range microwave 2 weeks ago in preparation for delivery. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor sales practice attracting us to buy from them with all of the rebates but could not fulfil order and did not make good with reducing order cost or extending rebate submission duration. He informed us that the paint and sheen would not be ideal for toddlers as well as the flexibility to changing the color half way through the job. Although the job took longer than expected, the work was meticulously done and the boys were so friendly and professional. In addition he was able to have a great drywall professional come and patch some very large holes in the wall, and quote out a basement project. He even had some flooring recommendations, (yup, this was a gut project). They are more than just paint, they are pretty much full service. I would definitely recommend them if you like a job done right.
