To me - this shows that this office and this doctor have heart. I am very serious when I say that if I lived within 60 miles I would go here because I have a real fear of the dentist. I go about every 6-8years because of my fear. This act of kindness, of humanity shows me that these people would not ignore my fear. They would be compassionate and kind. The card used to pay for the procedure was a debit card and funds were immediately available. The patient was not informed of the extra charge until the day of service and was refused a refund for the extra charge for using a card either debit or credit. Beware of a lack of transparency when paying your bill.

Office is tucked in a very nicely done shopping center with the expected Florida water and shrubbery and outdoor ceiling fans. The office inside is larger than it appears from walking by and the front desk staff are just wonderful. Friendly and attentive, they will get you checked in and situated in short order. First visit went well with no hard sell / upsell of crazy services like "deep cleaning" (never heard of that until I got to FL) and all around a pleasant visit. Been back there about four times now and again, no hard sell or any pressure to do anything outside of what you would expect. Been bringing the whole family there and every experience has been very good. Definitely a win in my book. Give them shot if in need. Parking lots in front.

I was told by the office manager in no uncertain terms that 5 fillings were completely covered by my dental insurance. I questioned her on this because she had previously told me it wasn't covered. She said let me double check, and while I was busy Tending to another matter, she either called or checked on the computer and came back to me and said yes it's 100% covered. After the procedure was completed, as I was exiting the office the office manager stopped me and told me I had a healthy balance, which surprised me as she had just told me I was completely covered. She stated That I had signed a paper that said I was liable for the cost if the insurance company denied the claim. I was totally confused. She had just told me that it was 100% covered, And she had just verified it. Since I am retired and on a fixed income, I am counting every penny. I made arrangements for them to charge my credit card $10 a month until the balance was paid off. It's just plain shoddy business, but to make matters worse the owner of the practice Jack Rosenberg, when I was sitting in the chair get right up in my face and lectured me about how he went to dental school to practice dentistry and not insurance management , he's very possibly could be a good dentist however his chairside manner and diplomacy, which by the way Dr Rosenberg, is part and parcel of being a "good dentist" needs some polishing!
