I called Selovers who is a AAA contract and within a 10 minute phone call they made a plan to pick us up, drop us at a safe hotel, keep our car safe overnight, and then picked us up the next morning from the hotel to help us get back home safely the next morning. Not only that, every employee I spoke with was respectful and generous which was much appreciated after a stressful event when AAA was rude and incompetent. Keep in mind, check the paint job out, if something is wrong with the paint on your vehicle, hoblit as stated by them, they cannot fix the problem, I was told by one of the guys that worked there, you used the wrong soap.....what??? Why then isn't the rest of the paint on the truck all streaked then? I called hoblit yesterday, August 13, 26, asked to speak to the owner, a young guy answered the phone, response was, nobody is here, nobody? No, not one person, this is a quote. I just called a few minutes ago to talk to Chris hoblit, he's not here, as I have mentioned, when I call, management will not come to the phone, when I complained about this harsh shifting, nobody at hoblit would not help me, I alllllways got that is the way it shifts, you will get use to it. Hoblit finally, now that my truck is out of warranty, checked the transmission, they stated nothing is wrong, I wished anyone reading this could hear this truck shift into reverse, how it surges when driven, not like what I am reading on line about these trucks, how people are getting a run around, I strongly advise you to do some on line searching for this and yes, Ford is still selling these trucks, you buy one, I guarantee you are buying one big headache, everything I stated here is the truth, now I am very worried about driving this truck, it should not be this way, not driving nor taking any long road trips either!

Above and Beyond Customer Service!…read more While traveling down to Stockton, California, we were hauling our horse trailer on our way to pick up a new rescue horse for our rescue when my back passenger tire suddenly started losing PSI. After trying to air it up at a gas station, I was able to make it to within just 3 miles of Les Schwab. The manager came out personally and provided roadside service, airing my tire back up. But he didn't stop there. He actually followed us back to the Les Schwab location to make sure we made it there safely, especially knowing we were hauling a horse trailer and had an important rescue mission ahead of us. Once we got to the store, he went above and beyond to take care of the tire and make sure everything was safe and properly handled. He understood that we were trying to get to Stockton to pick up a horse in need, and he did everything he could to get us safely back on the road so we could continue our journey and bring our new rescue home. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our safety -- and for getting us to our rescue horse -- meant more than he probably realizes. I 100% recommend Les Schwab in Colusa County! I live about 95 miles away, but when it's time for me to replace all four tires on my truck, I will absolutely be making the trip back to this location. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. When someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, especially when they're in a difficult situation, they deserve to be recognized.
