They still can't figure out their own payment system. First 4 calls, they say they are sending an invoice and instead just keep sending PDFs. Then the last dude says the previous 4 calls were wrong and you can't pay by email. Sure guy, sure. After their complete incompetence on the phone, I'm definitely not letting them touch my car. Unbelievable how useless everyone at this store was. I used to love this company, been getting all my tires from them for years. Maybe I'll try another location next time, but the Yuba City store is a joke.

I brought my car back and the mechanics found that my tire pressure sensors were bad. They offered me an amazing price to get this fixed. I spent like 4plus hours at the shop because my car had to be test driven to make sure everything was working correctly. The Techs aren't well versed in tire mounting and simply add weights rather than finding the best balance between wheel and tires. I have several sets of Method wheels with Radar hybrid tires. Method is a top notch offroad wheel. The tires are 33" & 35". Both sets have well over a pound of lead on them. I went in to get an estimate for a 2024 Nissan Frontier, I always buy what I say and never dicker on price, I appreciate how tough it can be to run a brick and mortar company. After weeks of calling them back they never followed through. I have spent thousands of dollars here but it looks as though the drugs may be the priority, not the customers. I'm sorry Queen Penny but there are many other shops around and I'll take my chances with them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with the owner of Romero's Tire Shop…read more My 2022 Toyota Tacoma was recently rear-ended and declared a total loss. It had brand-new tires with only 470 miles on them, and my insurance adjuster recommended swapping them with inexpensive used tires before surrendering the truck. Several larger tire retailers told me they often sell their used tires to Romero's, so I called and later visited the shop for help. During my phone call, I explained that my truck was not drivable and asked if he sells any used tires and whether it would be better to buy just used tires or tires with wheels since my car is non-operational. Instead of answering my question, the owner replied, "What do you want, man?" Feeling that we weren't communicating well, I decided to visit the shop in person. When I arrived, the owner immediately said, "Oh, so you're the guy that called me." As I tried to explain what I needed, he became increasingly dismissive. When I wasn't certain of one part of the tire size, I asked if we could look it up on his computer. He responded, "You need to do more research before you come ask me," followed by, "If I search your car on my computer, it's not going to come up the same." Feeling frustrated, I told him I need tires in 265/65/16. He immediately said he didn't have those tires without even checking or recommending something else. I came to the shop seeking advice from a tire professional because my situation was unusual. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was treated with impatience and condescension. I wasn't expecting special treatment--just basic courtesy and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, based on the way I was treated, I cannot recommend this business.

There were some minor flaws that I was able to live with, because the tint was serving its purpose. I decided to return to Tazz yesterday to have a very transparent UV ceramic tint installed on my windshield for dash protection. At that time, I asked if they could redo my side windows under warranty. Without hesitation, they said absolutely. I dropped the truck off first thing, and returned in the afternoon to pick it up. Apparently my truck is a little more difficult than the standard job, so they actually removed and reinstalled twice that day making it to where my truck took a little more time than usual.
