I highly recommend Hoboken Orthodontics! Dr. Feibish was my main doctor and I can't say enough great things. He truly cares about getting you the best results, is knowledgeable, and patient. I wasn't as diligent with wearing my Invisalign so moving to braces was the best move for me. I trusted Dr. Feibish's expertise through the process, and it got me to the new smile I wanted! When Dr. Feibish wasn't available, I met with Dr. Sandman and Dr. Bonaiuto. They are fantastic as well and gave the same level of service. The staff is an absolute pleasure to work with as well. Please please think twice about coming here. They are WAY over extended and inaccessible to their patients. They have VERY LIMITED after school hours so if you have a school age child you are forced many times to take your child out of school for a routine appointment. Office staff takes way too long to respond and they have a weird texting a system to communicate. Doctor was dismissive of my concerns for my daughter. Many appointments now are being handled with sending in photos of your child's progress rather than in person. The place is clean and probably ultimately will be a good outcome but it is a MAJOR headache. Feels like a factory! read more

I went in to Hoboken Orthodontics years after having braces. My teeth had shifted a bit and I was interested in Invisalign. My teeth are pretty stubborn and it took a while to get our desired results but they were patient and knew their craft. Highly recommend. I love my new smile! read more

You are in competent hands with Dr. Sandman and his staff, and I highly recommend Hoboken Orthodontics if you are thinking of getting braces or Invisalign. I am a person in my 50s who decided to get braces. I had them as a teenager, but did not wear my retainer. By the time I was in my 40s, my teeth had shifted a lot. My bottom front teeth were very crooked and my top front teeth were also out of alignment. I opted for braces and was nervous about the process--but Dr. Sandman is very professional and friendly (as is all of his staff), and they saw me through this process with competence and kindness. The results are excellent! My braces are off, and I now have straight teeth and will wear my retainer! And on the retainer topic, the staff was very helpful and patient in showing me how to insert and remove my retainer and keep it clean. I have anxiety about dental care in general (as I think many people do), and I confidently recommend Dr. Sandman and his staff. You won't regret going to Hoboken Orthodontics. read more

Hoboken Orthodontics was such an amazing experience for me. I knew I had to get some type of work done to my teeth to correct the problems I was experiencing so I had a number of consultations done in Hoboken and New York. On walking into Hoboken Orthodontics I just knew that this was the practice for me. It is a super modern, clean office. All the staff I have ever dealt with are all so very friendly, professional and helpful. I met with Dr Feibish and Dr Sandman on different days to assess my case and then on the final day to tell me the work that would need to be done to get my teeth perfect. Compared to other consultations I had this was a very thorough consultation and all my options were explained to me very clearly. On making the decision to get braces was a tough one especially as an adult so I really did want the best care. Hoboken Orthodontics did exactly that, they made me feel like I was their only patient. Dr Feibish was my main doctor who was always friendly, professional, experienced and clearly highly skilled. The practice is most definitely a quality patient first service. Melanie McLachlan is the office manager who took a personal interest in my case. She was so fantastic to me and really walked me through my treatment from the beginning to end. Melanie oversees the whole office and she brings a wealth of knowledge from the West Coast, although she does not look old enough!! Melanie has revamped how the office is ran and as far as customer service: it is absolutely phenomenal. The business is run like a clock by a very competent team of people that gets stuff done and make you *always* feel like the number one priority. Their style is very accommodating and thoughtful both in attitude and actual actions. Their appointment system is the best too. You do not need to speak to anyone to confirm appointments its all done via email and voicemail. I always found it very easy to get an appointment and if I was ever in pain they would see me straight away, I was never left waiting. They would also email to ensure I was ok at different stages of my treatment if it was a painful process. To say I enjoyed going to my orthodontics appointments sounds strange but I did look forward to them mainly as I knew that at each appointment I would be further on with my treatment but also that it was always such a pleasant experience to visit the practice. And I do miss going there as I do not think I have ever seen a medical practice run so efficiently. They completely understand how difficult it can be for adults to wear braces and are equally as understanding with children too. The products and treatments they offer are really state of the art. My braces were Damon Clear and I also used a device called Acceledent. Acceledent is a new product to the market in the US. It has been clinically proven to speed up the movement of teeth while protecting the bone at the same time. This is a very easy device to use, just 20 minutes every night. It is also proven to reduce pain which really helped ! Acceledent along with Damon Clear braces was the best treatment for me. My whole treatment took only 15 months which was fantastic and so fast as other consultations with other orthodontics had told me 3 years. I am amazed how perfect my teeth are now considering my case was a complex one. I would like to personally thank Dr Feibish and Melanie McLachan for such an amazing experience! I would wish them luck but to be honest I really do not think they need it as Hoboken Orthodontics is clearly an amazing, top end, established practice. Do not think that if you go to New York you will get better treatment and care ... Hoboken Orthodontics is the one ! read more

This place is turning into a nightmare to deal with. My treatment started off well and then over the last year has deteriorated quite rapidly. As a patient, you are tossed around between multiple orthodontists, never seeing the same one again for months at a time. The office staff does not answer the phone promptly and when they do they are dismissive and have attitudes. They don't take dental emergencies seriously and they refuse to repair things that are broken, but instead wrap broken hardware with wire/twine to hold them in place. Also if you have something poking you and ripping your mouth apart they just recommend wax instead of taking time to determine why this is happening for months on end. Like someone else mentioned in a review below, this place definitely has a factory feel. It's nothing like my other family members' experiences who received orthodontic treatment from a different practice elsewhere in NJ. If I could switch to a different practice now I would, but I already paid for the entire treatment up front. read more

I was a patient from 2013 - 2015. Staff: Compared to every other doctor's office I've ever visited, the Hoboken Orthodontics staff was exceptional on every level. I don't know how they did it, but I was greeted by name every time I walked into the office. The staff cared about my satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my smile throughout my two years of treatment. 5/5 stars!!! Dr. Feibish: Hands down - best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever had! Not only did he seem genuinely happy to see me at every one of my appointments, but he remembered tidbits about my life from previous appointments! Great doctors, amazing staff, easy to schedule appointments, they send reminders and automated calls the day before. Both doctors Feibish and Sandman really care about getting your teeth right and about doing a good job. They are extremely friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOBOKEN ORTHODONTICS! Here's why: I first had braces almost 15 years ago, but was not satisfied with the results. Although my teeth were straight, my bite was still off. My son is a patient there. I couldn't ask for better, greater service and professionalism. We chose Hoboken Orthodontics knowing they were a bit more pricey than a competitor. But we never regretted it. The staff is great (Drs Feibish and Sandman too ! :-)), friendly and courteous. And on a human level.... We had an exchange student from Ecuador whose braces broke during his stay with us... I called HO in the morning, they saw him at 3pm, took care of him to make him more comfortable for his stay; without asking a dime... So it's about business, yes. I've been going to hoboken orthodontics for over a year now for Invisalign. They are amazingly efficient, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and I've had appointments every 6 weeks for a year. They are amazingly nice, every single employee is happy, talks to you about your day and they are ready to help you with whatever you may need. They are very honest, they lay out all your options, all time lines and all financials for you from the beginning and leave nothing unsaid.
