Very nice people! We loved our stay here. Great family place or for traveling short term workers…read more Busy on the weekends. RV spots are concrete and pretty level for the middle rows. The spots are a less level staying on the far right side of park but manageable. The area is hilly in general. They have a trail about 1 mile down to the lake. Kayaks available for rent. Laundry room and ice/wood available as well. Office is always nice and consistent. Game room and bounce house for kids upstairs. The dog park was very small maybe .2 acre but they do have the trail that we enjoyed walking.

We are currently here, staff are absolutely fantastic. There is no pool here but you are right on…read morethe lake down by the cabins, we're in a rv so I can't speak on the cabins. Not any mature trees in the rv area but this park is fairly new, the dump site as you exit is on a incline so I would be concerned about getting my tanks empty but we're on a full hookup site. If I had young children with me not sure how much they would like being here as roads are narrow but paved, they do have stuff for kids and a fenced dog park, they have one of those huge air bags kids jump on which seems to be quite popular. All in all it's a clean and quiet park with friendly staff. No discounts as in veteran/aarp/aaa etc and again rv sites only shade you get is from your awning as trees need to mature a bit but we've been quite content here, no seasonal sites up all night partying. Here visiting family and we will stay here again when we return but again we're just two older adults who want a peaceful site without confusion.

There was a light fixture above the bed that was CAKED with dust/dirt and cobwebs. Tons of dust bunnies under the bed. Hair in the bed so I'm I'm presuming the bedding wasn't washed. Hair on the toilet. Hair and other questionable substances (shampoo?) in the shower. Secondly, maintence or lack thereof. In the cabinet under the sink, there was a hole in the wall exposing piping? Tons of water damage everywhere. Ant trap under the sink. Cigarette burns in the comforter. The desk was somehow peeling apart. Third: outdated. Straight out of 1972. Old, miniature televisions (with remote control instructions written on a post-it note at the front desk). The entire motel was tomato soup orange and pastel yellow. All of the furniture and bedding was outdated and none of it was cohesive. Fourth: lack of amenities. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee pot. No welcoming information or brochures. No pool. 1 vending machine with very limited choices. No WiFi. Also, the air conditioning in the building was off when we got there as well as in our room. It was 90° outside. Lastly, it was sketchy. When we first pulled up, a shirtless man and a woman (guests?) came walking out and glared at us. The man at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. Overall it had a very bad vibe. It's the kind of place you stay in when you're running from the cops. I hope someone can turn this place around because the downtown area seems sort of cute.

Less than 30 seconds of being in the room I had about 20-30 fleas on my legs and so did both of my friends, instantly walked out. And the man at the desk literally didn't have to ask any questions, gave us our money right back. If I could give negative stars I would! Absolute garbage!

Let's start with the check in conversation. We had the…read moreaudacity to be honest (can you believe it? Who does that!?) "We have 5 people but are totally fine with getting one room and sleeping one on the floor." Most hotels tell us "I'm sorry, you have to buy two rooms for double the price." If we're lucky, some hotels tell us "That's Okay. We have spare bedding too if you would like." But this hotel was so bold as to shatter the status quo. They dared tell us "That's ok! We have a cot bed and bedding we can roll up there for you too!" Who does tha!?!? Good people do that! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty! When we got to the room, it was very nice and clean. Beautiful view. Large fridge (large for a hotel, at least) and a stove. Free freshly baked cookies in the lobby as well as water and lemon water. Elevator was a little slow, but the stairway didn't look like a great place to commit a murder, unlike most hotel stairways (don't ask me how I know ). Clean indoor pool. We tried taking one cookie each, but tuat didn't go over well with the staff. Here's how that conversation went. "Caleb, did mom and dad want a cookie?" "No, Braden, they did not." Hotel staff replied, "Please! Take some extras anyway! We just baked them and we only have one more arrival today!" Can you believe that? Check in was a five star experience at least, and I'm not one of those people who leave five stars at everything. I usually leave 3 or 4 stars for exceptional experience. But when I awoke, everything was a blur, as if - oh, false alarm, I hadn't put my glasses back on yet. We headed downstairs to a free well-stalked breakfast. As a Southerner, I found the gravy to be far from remarkable, but for what it's worth, it tasted good. The manager kept coming up to people to ask them how their meal was. There was a nice coffee machine with strong but compostable lids. The staff upon checkout was very polite and wished us swfe travels. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a quick overnight or a week-long trip to the nearby popular hiking and nature parks.

This is a brand new hotel and it still feels very new. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical choice hotels breakfast but still good and filling and everything I needed. Room was clean and very roomy with the cookware I needed for an extended stay. There's also free electric car charging. Free! That can make it very worth it right there if you have an electric car. Walking distance to a few restaurants and across the main highway from downtown Logan. Definitely would stay here again!

From the fully stocked kitchen, to every game you might ever want to play, it has it all. There were tons of towels, linens, and most of all space. We went for Christmas, so we didn't use the tether ball, fire pit, or football field, but we NEVER ran out of things to do. It was very easy to book on line, and the owner was responsive to all communications. We felt safe there, as there were cameras in the front where the road was. Not only would I not hesitate to rebook, we actually did less than 48 hours later. And to put it in perspective, I travel 100+ nights a year for work, so I am a bit of a snob. My only hope is that someone bails out on their week in the summer, so I can snatch it up!

I've also seen that the owner has posted snotty remarks on other reviews. It doesn't seem very professional in my opinion. If you have such a high return rate and SO many 5 star reviews, why do you keep coming back to comment on my review?
