However, it was clear he was being directed by management to push additional services, which made the experience uncomfortable. Its 2026, customers are informed and can see through high-pressure sales techniques. It's off-putting and makes me hesitant to call again. I'm giving 4 stars solely because of Chris's excellent service -- the sales approach alone would have cost you far more. Drop the pressure tactics, and you'd easily earn 5 stars.

That level of honesty is pretty rare. They could easily have kept the work in-house or added a layer of profit, but instead they focused on what was best for me as the customer. They also followed up several times by email to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the outcome. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. My wife and I had just bought a Tesla and wanted to install a fast charger in our garage. Some of our neighbors had fast chargers installed and they paid as much as $1,700 for the installation alone! I called around and was consistently quoted over $1K and was even quoted a starting price of $1,200 from one of the most well known companies in the area that specialize in this. Towery Electric was the only company that I called that gave me an honest assessment about how much it might cost to have the charger installed. They told me that the cost could depend on several factors (distance to the panel, quality of the panel and breakers, etc.). And at the end of the call, they told me that based on my situation and set up, that it would probably be best to be charged by the hour ($150/hour) and that it would probably be a 3-4 hour job. After finally receiving the charger in the mail, I called Towery to make the appointment. They called me back right away and I was set up with an appointment the next morning! The electrician they sent came right on time, and after just a little over 3 hours, they were done! Total cost was just under $600 which included material costs! The installation was super clean, looks professional and cost half as much as most of the quotes I had gotten from other companies! Definitely a recommend from me!
