I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). She was very honest and helped me find a way to attend through affordable avenues. Unfortunately, our family member opted out at the last minute, but Taylor kept in contact with me the entire time. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this discrepancy, and the responsibility for the oversight is not being acknowledged. Consequently, I am left with multiple copayments that were not initially anticipated. Additionally, in terms of the quality of care provided, it's essential to be mindful. The therapist made subtle implications about certain issues which I'm not sure was the best approach. I did not actively seek out this information; rather, my daughter shared it with me. I recognize it is not my area of expertise though and I wasn't present for the conversation. This is why I can only recommend to be cautious.
