To expand upon my prior review, I was required to get an EKG prior to the single video chat I had…read morewith Dr. Korie and given no explanation as to why. It was only told to me that I could not meet with her unless I spent the time and money to get an EKG first. In the span of our less than 30-minute video chat, Dr. Korie unilaterally decided I had "treatment resistant depression" and was a "perfect candidate" for TMS. I only gathered afterwards that this was likely the reason why an EKG was required before we could meet. I tried following up with Dr. Korie and her staff in an attempt to request a refill of an existing prescription medication and was met with complete silence. Seemingly, if I wasn't interested in TMS, I was no longer worth responding to. This speaks to the lack of quality in care, a lack of transparency in "diagnosis", and an utter disregard for patient well-being and professional courtesy. Further and most egregiously, Dr. Korie and Soul Klinic are currently withholding vital information regarding a record of my video visit from my life insurance policy agent, which is impeding the process of my obtaining a policy.
