I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). She was very honest and helped me find a way to attend through affordable avenues. Unfortunately, our family member opted out at the last minute, but Taylor kept in contact with me the entire time. I regretted having to get to this point and feeling like my team let me down by being so disorganized, unprepared, after so long of gathering my information. We trusted them and they just added another month of fees for themselves without fully preparing. I had asked them what can i do to prepare for the case and they told me it would be fine. But when the judge asked me questions i was so nervous I forgot a lot of things. They could have prepared ME better too.

I even moved from CA and fly in from Texas just to see him because he's always done such a great job, until now. When I came in for my filler in June 2025, the appointment felt rushed from the start. It usually takes about 30 minutes, but this time Dr. Lin was done in 10 minutes. A few days later, I noticed uneven, hollow areas under my eyes, which was something that has never happened before. I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund for the $850 I paid (which, by the way, used to be $400). Instead of any accountability, I was told by Lucy that refunds are not offered but that I could speak with Dr. Lin directly. Dr. Lin agreed to fix the issue, so I scheduled a follow-up and another flight from Texas, and another expense. But when I arrived in California, I found out Lucy had booked me at a completely different office (Sherman Oaks) instead of the Valencia office I've gone to for a decade. When I realized the mistake and tried to reschedule, as it was too far away for the time I had to do it. I texted back, emailed, even called, and I was completely ignored. Because of this careless handling, I ended up losing $1,400 in travel costs due to flight changes and extra expenses from the government shutdown. And to make matters worse, I now have to spend another $850 elsewhere just to get my filler fixed. I just want a refund of my $850. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and disrespected I feel after ten years of loyalty. The quality of care and communication has gone drastically downhill since the switch to Unified Health. As a VIP patient, I no longer recognize this practice, and I will not be returning. I am deeply unhappy with my results and the way I was treated.

They confirmed that Dr. Lin is not even in the Valencia location one time a month and set me up with another doctor who has just started there, Dr. Wang whom I was told was a dermatologist, but when I looked him up, he is an osteopath and a family medicine doctor. So I cancelled that appointment due to the misrepresentation and have found another local dermatology group. This is disappointing as I have gone to Dr. Lin for many years and am happy with him but this new group management is horrible.

I did not like this doctor office, feels like a factory and they don't care about patients well…read morebeing but more getting paid by asking patients to come in for more frequent appointments. Needing an appointment every 3 months, when I take my medication every 58 days. I could understand every 6 months or annually to run blood test for my liver but every 3 months is ridiculous for a chronic illness that I have lived with for 10+ years. Then when I schedule the follow up appointment at 9am, I am asked to come in at 8:20am (that is 40 mins before my actual appointment) so i can be seen on time. I can understand 15-20 mins before but 40 mins is outrageous.
