I came around 5pm today. I was very excited about the scallops but it turned out their scallops is artificial. Full of extenders and processed, not natural. The cheap asian restaurants nearby are better because theirs are real scallops. The ribs ordered by my friend had so much pepper he kept coughing from them. On our way out, the crew around the door did not even thank us for coming. I loudly said "thank you for coming!" In a sarcastic way but they did not say anything still. I edited this review to reflect this additional paragraph in response to the response i got below. Why cant you address the issue here so that everyone will know how you have addressed it? I gave 2 stars because the food, salad bar and drinks were not the worst I've ever had. It was the tallest smash burger I've ever seen. LOL The beef patties were very small (3). Probably not worth $16 but we were hunger and it tasted fine. Also the servers and staff were very nice. They were clearly understaffed. First thing we were told it would take 25 minutes on any ordered food. As they had a large parties orders before ours. We knew we were getting the salad bar. So not really a big deal. Also we were taking a break from traveling. I immediately noticed the restaurant was in bad need for a deep clean. Walls, corners, booths, bathrooms, and floors...yuck. Our seats were in view of the bar and the open kitchen window. An employee jumped up on the bar and walked across a portion of it to reach the cabinets above. She never wiped off the surface she walked all over. Yuck. Several employees were also seen eating while working. Several times we heard employees cursing. Some others were heard complaining about staffing. In the open kitchen area there was an employee with shoulder length red hair. It was not put up, no hat, or hair net. Food took forever to arrive, my steak was over cooked and the fries were cold and unseasoned. The brownie was served at room temperature, and the cookie skillet was raw in the middle and burnt on the edge. The waiter was nice but slow. Bad experience all around. The overall quality of the restaurant was not good. Cracked seats, salt shakers with residue, damaged menus, cloudy glassware, and ice cubes. The only thing my partner and I ordered was the triple smash burger for each of us. It took over 40 minutes to receive just those two burgers. We didn't order anything prior, and skipped dessert because it took so long just to get the burgers. When we got the burgers, the patties were very small and not at all what they looked like in the picture, and we were given less than a handful of fries each. Not worth the $16. Not to mention, I think I pulled a couple of hairs out of my burger/mouth. Also, she never came around to check on our orders, and the next time we saw her, she didn't even ask if we wanted anything else; she just gave us the check and had us pay. When I paid, she watched to see if I gave a tip, which, realistically, I shouldn't have given anything, but she was watching me the whole time, and I felt like I had to give something. Unfortunately, I also believe our server was on drugs. She was sweating profusely, had very dirty fingernails, was licking her lips, scratching herself, and was speaking erratically and nonsensically. I don't think she even gave her name. You guys are going to have to do better! Had a lunch carry out order. Had to remind them that we had two garden bars. Then was told they didn't have plastic containers for salad, only cardboard. When I insisted there must be something else, they remembered they did have plastic containers. Then the order was wrong. It contained three regular tater tot, but we had ordered two regular tater tots and one loaded. Very frustrating experience. Sad thing is this isn't the first time stuff like this has happened. Been on a motorcycle for 6 hours...hungry, tired, Ruby Tuesday's right next to the gas station. I ordered Shrimp Fondue and Tatortachos. My companion ordered Chicken Tenders. Let me start by saying the coffee is delish and I'm a coffee snob, but then....I'm super windblown and weary. The waitress was quick to the table and the dishes were in front of us within 10 minutes. The Shrimp Fondue was chocked full of baby cocktail shrimp and the "fondue" was really just a watered down cheese sauce, but pretty good. The appetizer was served with a mound of thin, lightly salted blue and yellow corn chips. Quite tasty! The Tatortachos were drowning in cheddar, spring onions, tiny diced tomatoes topped with a fat dollop of sour cream. Carb heaven, but I ate them dismissing that whole keto thing. My boo, he ate all the nuggets, said they were good, but nothing outstanding, but what chicken nuggets ever are? His came with a good looking side salad with REAL cheddar shreads! The waitress was not obnoxiously hovering but checked on us appropriately, refilling our water and coffee. I checked out the salad bar, just for kicks...plenty of options in a clean, drip-free display. On the cleanliness scale, I give it 5 stars...the floors, the bar area, the salad bar and the restroom, all picked up and sparkling. Not a lot of choices in this sleepy little town of Lewisburg, WV, but if there's a choice to be made, Ruby Tuesday's is a good one. read more

When traveling to and from KY, this is our 'Go To' place to eat and rest. We are never disappointed in the service or the excellent quality of the Salad Bar. We were so impressed with Angie M. the GM. She was so friendly and polite her customers. She knows her restaurant and we were impressed on how well she treated her servers, with respect and kindness. Baked potato was cold and black inside, steak was not hot. Took forever to get food even though there was few patrons in attendance. Had to send back to microwaved, still not good. We ordered Mr Beast Burger food today. The order was not correct at all. But it was myself and my 16 yr old and we can adapt. The quality of food was a zero. I did not even eat my bun...which had simply been taken out of the bag. I don't even do that at home. Fries were soggy and not the crinkle fries as pictured. Very little seasoning. Crinkle fry people will understand. Cheese was not melted...which was a plus for my son because he ordered his without cheese. Mine was supposed to be a pattymelt...it wasn't. I watched the kitchen hand our food over the window so there was no excuse for the soggy fries. I would rate this a zero but you can't post until giving a star. read more

The prices just don't match the quality. It's so sad to watch this company continue to sink to lower levels. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi on Linguini, it came out on penne pasta that was grossly over cooked. The tubes of pasta. We're no longer tubes, they were so mushy they were flat. There was zero lemon or garlic flavor in this scampi dish and the shrimp had the same mushy texture as the pasta. The salad bar was decent, hasn't changed in a decade and the breadstick was great. OMG burnt food and terrible service. No culinary standards. Why would the chef and then the server think these burned quesadillas would be acceptable. Due to recent community outbreak of COVID-19 had ordered curbside delivery. Upon arrival was told they didn't do that and I had to come inside. Asked if they'd have the order at the hostess stand just inside the door. They said yes but didn't! Upon entering asked 2 servers about it and was told to go to bar. At bar was then told to go to far side of bar. I didn't have a mask on due to expecting curbside delivery had to pass numerous customers without social distancing and none of them had masks! We were here at 8 on a Saturday. It was empty. Light above our table was out. My date got it back on because it was too dark to read the menu. Then it flickered along with the other lights in that row of seating. We ordered chips and queso. The chips were good. The cheese dip was not even warm. It was clumps of cheese. We ordered coconut shrimp and bbq ribs. The ribs were not even warm when they came out. The meat was tasteless. The fries were good. The quality of the food is lacking compared to the price. I could've understood if it had been busy, but literally there were maybe 5 other people there. Now we know why, especially when every other restaurant in lewisburg was packed. read more

Beef brisket sandwich was small, bun bigger than the beef. No soap in ladies bathroom, told my server no soap, 30 minutes later after I finished my meal went back and still no soap. This is a follow up to the 1star review 6/17. The next morning the manager contacted me to discuss my dismal experience. He was concerned and offered that due to Covid 19 concerns if there is a customer expecting to have a takeout order delivered curbside to their car that the staff at Ruby Tuesday should be expected to do so he was to meet with the servers that day regarding offering this. As for the quality of the food, he was meeting with his cooking staff ( new to restaurant) regarding the quality of food sent out to customers. They need to know what's acceptable standards.
