In addition, any negative review that is put on Google is met with the owner doing a sales pitch about their local ingredients and how popular they are among their wealthy clientele. Because that's who their clientele actually is, wealthy locals and wealthy tousits. They don't address the actual issue the customer had in their review or state they will work to remedy it. She uses it as a chance to talk about how great her restaurant is. Obviously, if someone has written a negative review about your business, there is a valid reason you may need to address. Instead of, you know, using it as a chance to self promote.
