On March 26 I went to Northside in person to make an appointment to have my car serviced. I gave them a list of what needed to be done which was only standard recommended routine maintenance. I was told to bring my car in by 7:30 AM March 28th and to plan on two to two and a half hours to perform the work. Got my car there at 7:30. At 12:00 I had not received any information on the status of the service being done. I gave them a call and all I got was a recording. Left a message and waited till 1:00 for return call. I called again and got no answer, left another message. At 2:30 a friend took me up to check on what was going on. I went into the office and the guy I had been dealing with (wish I had gotten his name), was sitting there eating his lunch. He told me that he had gotten my messages and was going to get back to me when he was through eating. Apologized for my car not being taken care of yet but they were ready to get in shortly. At 3:10 we drove by again and my car was still sitting outside. Went in and got another apology and said they are going get in now. Told him not to bother as I was taking my car. Then he had the nerve to ask me if Monday would work for me. You can imagine what my response was. Will never be able to review the quality of work they perform.

This is a very honest business that doesn't try to Price gouge (take it from someone who received many, many quotes). They did a fantastic job on rebuilding my suspension, replacing my CV axles, and putting in new front and rear brakes, among other work. Seriously, I couldn't believe the night and day difference before and after I had the work done. It was like I was driving a new car. After the "full diagnostic" When I asked if they would charge me a "partial diagnostic" she said no. I asked for the Yelp check in discount $10 or $20 maybe? no. AAA discount ? No. After asking if the was anything she could do to help me out she finally caved and gave me the aaa discount because she "doesn't even subscribe to Yelp and can't understand them on the phone half the time." I don't know if it's worth noting... THE ONLY REASON I WAS THERE WAS BECAUSE OF YELP, It was 10 or $20 discount and they were already ripping me off... Then finally three weeks later I finally get to my appointment and leave my car there overnight so that the next morning they can start on the car when they were supposed to then they tell me they're gonna keep the car an extra day until the next day because they were still working on another car, even though I had made an appointment so I let them keep it for a whole Nother day and then I get a call the next morning with them telling me they can't do the service because they would have to reprogram the ignition switch and key and I told him well Why was I even waiting three weeks for this service then if you guys can't even do it and he said I dont even have a way to reprogram a key, which is so stupid that is the whole point of getting ignition switch I would have to get a new key that's reprogrammed to the new ignition switch so at no point in time should I have even entered that shop even tho they told me they would be able to do it, and then after that phone call I called back and asked them if my room roommate can go pick up the keys and they said yes and then they also for some reason mentioned that if anything that happens to the car its not their responsibility so I asked them Why are you saying that did you break something on my car and she replied no. so I had my roommate go pick up the keys they gave him a hard time to even get the keys even though I verified his name and who will be picking up the keys and then I finally get my car and towed it to the next person who's gonna be fixing my car and I noticed that my driver side mirror is loose and they used to be electric mirrors that fold but now the driver one doesn't fold anymore when I lock the doors This has been an absolute horrible experience. I would never suggest you go to this place unless it's to change a headlight cause that's probably all they can do I have no idea why they call themselves specialists, but can't perform simple tasks nor do they even have the right scanners and tools to do so and to top it off they can't even be honest that they broke my mirror so I will be filing a BBB report to get this taken care of in anyway possible.
