I'm hard pressed to review anything bad about the place and the owner because truth be told, I've yet to have a "bad" dish in the last 2-3 years of going there for take-out. The only "complaint" I have would be the predicted "pick up" time he tells you when you place an order to pick up as it's usually off by a good 15-20 minutes. Oh, and they use too much filler (Cabbage/Carrots) but otherwise amazing! However, it's hard to be annoyed with the Chef because he truly is a passionate Chef, humble, polite, and personable even though the language barrier is present. Try them and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
