Came for korean bbq. Good cuts of meat. Great selection. Lots of good flavors. Make sure to come hungry. Service was okay. Server seemed to be new and was stumbling over simple questions. They do serve alcohol. The table itself and burners were fairly old. They did use foil on the burner so the sauces just stuck and burnt the entire area to cook on. I eat here a few times a month. I normally get sushi but I've had the hibachi as well. The sushi is consistently very good. The crab Rangoon has the perfect crisp. I also really like the coconut boba smoothie. When I dine in it's normally not too busy so the restaurant is a pretty chill and peaceful vibe. I usually do the endless Sushi lunch which has a great selection of regular Sushi and Rolls along with Specialty rolls and some appetizers also. The Egg Rolls are great as well as the crab Rangoon's . A little bit of a sweetness to the cream cheese in the Rangoon adds a decent twist to the conventional. Sushi rolls have all been really great so far in the 2 times we have gone and the food and drink refills come out fast! I don't often leave reviews, but I walked away from this meal we had delivered and I feel like I'd be doing my community and this restaurant a disservice if I didn't say something. We've ordered from here before and I never had this experience, so we'll try one more time...but if this happens again, I'll take pics to upload here, then we just won't order from here again unless we notice an "Under New Management" sign. 1. Crab Rangoon was filled with some sort of sweet shiny gel. Not the airy crabby cream cheese filling I've come to expect. It was weird, didn't taste anything like crab, and I didn't finish eating them (which has never happened before). If this is their new recipe then that's fine, I just won't order it again. If it isn't, then their consistency sucks and that indicates bigger management problems for them and trouble filling the seats is on the horizon. 2. Ginger Salad was barley edible. The dressing is ok but lacking any sort of punch from the ginger, but the iceberg lettuce was clear in places so clearly thawed and several pieces in the portion was well on it's way to rotting, some right on top. I should have taken pics. This is a quality issue that indicates a complete lack of give-a-damn. No excuse for this imho. 3. Both the Unagi and Masuro sushi were perfectly fine...however the wasabi and the pickled ginger were a complete joke. All the aromatics and sensations that these items typically bring to the table were completely missing. The ginger and wasabi were completely bland and added nothing. No flared nostrils, no sharp measured exhale, no pallete cleansing...nothing. For example, wasabi will clear your sinuses when a small amount is eaten. This wasabi was so weak I was TRYING to get enough to get the typical sensation and best I could get from it was a tiny edge of the effect...like a waft of smoke on the breeze from some distant unknown location. If we try again, I'll put in a note to give us the "real" wasabi they hide in the back and not the green paste they serve to the masses. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've never been in the restaurant so can't comment on anything else beyond this delivery experience. I went in wanting to give the all you can eat a try and decided to opt out because one 33 bucks and their specialty rolls weren't all included the options were very small for specialty rolls. Instead I got just a california roll which tasted just like the Cali roll at Kroger stuff. I got the katsu pork and it was soggy but chewy just was not a fan and the server he was great but his manager was right behind his every move it was different.
