After being a loyal patient at Hola Dental for over 10 years, I'm shocked by how poorly I was treated during my last visit. I specifically scheduled a routine cleaning only -- no X-rays, no exam, nothing else. I made this clear when I booked the appointment and again when I confirmed it over the phone. Both times I was told there would be no issue and that a note would be added to my file. But when I showed up for my appointment, after driving across town and waiting for my turn, they refused to treat me and canceled my appointment on the spot because I wouldn't agree to unnecessary X-rays. This is unacceptable. If X-rays are mandatory, they should have been honest about it from the beginning instead of wasting my time. This kind of disrespectful and careless treatment is a slap in the face to long-time patients. I expected professionalism and transparency -- not misleading information, poor communication, and last-minute cancellations. Extremely disappointed. read more

They take forever, I had an appointment at 4pm. I got here at 3:50 and a guy walked in saying he had an appointment at 4pm too he walked in later but got attended first. It is now currently 4:42 and yet nothing. They always do this to me. Always letting other people go first. They close at 5pm and I'm still here! Absolute worst dental office. I'd give no stars if I could. I've prepaid for my Daughters dental work and now they have rescheduled me 3x's for work that has to be done on her teeth. Insurance has already covered its portion and because I work I don't have anyone who can take her so I've taken days off work and been called the day before the appointment saying the Doctor won't be in. If you would like to keep your teeth dont go here- they will tell you that you need 2 fillings and presure you to do it that day. Will continue to harrass you to go in and then shave off all your teeth so you can come back and charge you more. This dental office committed IDENTITY THEFT. I went for a tooth removal on Nov 9. They suggested a very expensive treatment plan and asked my permission to run "a soft credit check." Not only did they lie on the "soft" credit check- they ran a HARD credit check and used my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to OPEN a credit account. The next day i got an alert from my bank, credit karma, AND the credit bureaus telling me an account had been opened under my name for that dental office, AN ACCOUNT I NEVER OPENED MYSELF. My credit dropped 29 points and now I have to call the credit bureaus and explain that this dental office SECRETLY opened an account using MY SOCIAL security number. I cannot believe this "business" has a license when they are committing IDENTITY FRAUD. read more

I had came here a few weeks ago and I'm honestly not happy! I would NOT recommend this place at all. The lobby is NASTY, the lobby chairs are in desperate need of a make over if your a large person be careful u will feel like your about to fall threw I know cause I felt like it!! I went in due to a broken tooth and I knew it would have to be pulled the dentist INSISTED on doing a root canal HOWEVER I do not have insurance only Medicaide and and we all know they don't cover much, but just for a "root canal" that was over $3,000 and a "full" cleaning that they recommend that I needed NOW was over $550 that was insane when my husband called the number on the website regarding the prices he spoke to corporate he didn't know about it till the end of the conversation and that's when corporate sent a complaint to the office I visited when we got the call that they were going to give us 50% off our bill I was actually happy about that when We went in to make an appointment the 2 front ladies there had told my husband and I that the "dentist" feels like I should go and get a second opinion and that she didn't want to have me as a patient anymore because my husband calls corporate "which again is the number on THERE WEBSITE!!" She feels like the "trust was broken" if that doesn't sound shady? Telling me I should go get a second opinion was the best thing this place did for me! Horrible service. Money hungry. Incompetent staff and dentist. They keep referring my mom for an infection and the specialist keeps sending her back because she never had an infection. I was also a patient there and they would always cancel appointments day of. They try to force you to do unnecessary expensive procedures. My sister went there as well and they told her she had 9 cavities. We went to another dental office and she only had two. Horrible care. I debated reporting them to the dental board several times. Dr Ting and Office staff is very nice but their lack of cleanliness is disgusting. I went here for a second opinion and the first thing you see when you walk in is the nasty play toy that looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. They don't use the clear covers on the chairs and I didn't see them wipe the mouth piece after xrays off like they do at all the other dentists. read more

Seemed at my first visit they were ok Next time when I had a toothache and went back, they weren't. To me, their way to expensive, 800 00 + for one tooth, over 1,000 for another (crowns) and I have to see an Endodontist for a root canal so probably all total 5 grand. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. insurance or not. I had my wisdom teeth pulled from my mouth by hand only numbed. I wasn't given any antibiotics for an OPEN hole in my mouth just ibuprofen. a fee days later I went back due to pain I felt in my gums jaw and tongue swelling, and white puss around the open wound. the dentist, no the same dentist I had seen the week before, took one quick glance poked a couple spots and said "no it's not infected. probably just food. I'll give you a rinse to help clear that up" later after getting home and using the rinse, my gums tongue and throat started swelling more. I thought after a nap it will go down. I woke and could not swallow or hardly breath through my mouth. I thought maybe I was allergic to the oral rinse contents. At the Quick Care Center, the Dr. looked in and knew it had been infected. I was prescribed antibiotics and given a shot to work quicker due to continuous swelling. TWO dentists same location, and they can't get it right?!? in all honesty, the deep cleaning was the best experience I had there. the hygienist was more than friendly, had tons of suggestions and clearly cared more about me as a patient than just coming to work for pay. read more

A simple filling even with no decay but just a small broken crack , cost me $ 318! To break down: $ 69 for the X ray test and $249 for filling procedure. Incredible! I'm very disappointed of the way some of the staff members (specially the lady Manager) always trying to sell you something when you have insurance. She always wanted to sell you treatments that are not cover by the insurance and if you don't get them shell give you a cold treatment. That's why I dont do dealerships because they always trying to sell you something that you don't need. I decide that after today waiting there for 2 hours and 40 minutes was not worth coming back. Were family of 5 members and you guys just lost about 10k in treatments through out the course of the year due to you car sales man skills and your horrible way that you guys make people wait for over 2 hours to get treated. read more
