Holly answered all my questions on the phone and she's one of the reasons why I decided to do all my treatments here. Are they a little pricey? Yes. Did I trust dr.Patel to complete the work that I need? Also yes. I'm ok with paying more just to have the peace of mind. Today's appt was supposed to be 4 hours(fillings, a crown and deep cleaning for my left side. I was 13 mins late- texted and called the office to let them know I'm going to be late, in case they couldn't fit me in anymore. Holly answered and said no problem, drive safe. When I got there Holly was busy, Maria checked me in. The first thing she said to me was "we might not be able to do all your treatments today since you're late. Please sign all the forms and pay the balance of $550." I said what do you mean? The whole reason why I'm here today is that I don't want to get numbed multiple times. She said but you're late and time is tight. My machine is not up front so do you have a card? I said I texted Holly she's aware I'd be a little late, she rolled her eyes and said "I can see the message too". Who talks like that and who trained her? It took them 15 mins to check me in and I didn't even SEE the doctor's face till 11:45. Clearly my 13 mins was really a big deal lol. I am responsible for being 13 mins late but I believe Maria could work on her delivery better. If you want to gaslight patients cuz you're overbooked- you're arguing with the wrong person. I'd have no problem if I was told on the phone that me being late would delay my treatment- I probably would have turned around and rescheduled instead of driving half an hour to get there and be told that I cannot do all of my treatments which would of defeated the purpose. Dr.Patel ended up doing all my treatments as discussed- I want to make it clear that this review does reflect on her work, the hygienist, Dr Jamie(I believe she did my deep cleaning) and Holly. I'm more than disappointed by the front staff Maria and her unprofessionalism/rudeness. Holly witnessed the whole interaction and the fact that this wasn't brought up to the management is concerning. If I was the owner of the practice I would absolutely like to know who cares about my clients and who doesn't. I hope they do better in the future.

It never feels like a rushed "hi-bye" visit; they take the time to connect, make you feel seen, and somehow manage to be personable, funny, and kind all at once. Honestly, I wish I could be friends with all of them! I've come here for pictures, X-rays, cleanings, deep cleanings, and most recently wisdom teeth removal. Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully. Ill now be starting my invisalign journey with them. Dr. Kamal is amazing, and I still can't believe how positive this entire experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team or outcome. Also, the doctor would not check on you during teeth cleaning appointments unless you book in advance and pay an extra fee. I never saw this before as dentists are supposed to check on you every 6 months during your teeth cleaning visits. The last teeth cleaning price I paid was $210. Standard price in Vegas is $129 and that includes dentist check-ups every 6 months. Things are not going the right way here.

I called to make him an appointment a few days later, and when we got there, the facility was beautiful and clean, and the waiting area has freshly baked cookies and water. The assistant showed him to the waiting room, and on the way showed us all of the certifications of the doctors, their modern machine that can do same-day crowns, and gave a free reusable water bottle filled with some gum, drink powder, and chapstick. I was very impressed and assumed that the experience would be great. However, my partner had a very bad experience. The appointment was for 1020am, and they did the x-ray, then he waited an hour, and then they did the exam and told him he had to come back to do the cleaning and the earliest opening was in two hours. How disrespectful of people's time to assume they can come in two visits. Why couldn't they do the cleaning during this hour where they had him waiting for nothing? They never told us when I made the appointment that it was broken up into two visits - in California for these new patient specials they always do it in one visit. So then he went back a few days later for the cleaning and it was HORRIBLE. Usually there is a dentist who cleans, and then an assistant who mans the suction, but this was one lady doing it all herself. She was not communicative (usually they tell you when they're doing the suction, when to close your mouth, etc, she said nothing) nor detailed (she jumped around from a left tooth to a right tooth when usually they go sequentially), and an overflow of saliva built up in his mouth. Then she POKED his lip with the sharp pick point and didn't even apologize!!! And she was scraping a tooth and missed and scraped his mouth!! Ugh!! How is this person allowed to even clean people's teeth? I'm very disappointed that we didn't get to experience the good dentists that other people refer to in their reviews. My partner was in shock after the appointment and said it was the worst teeth cleaning experience he's ever had. The fact that they have this incompetent tooth cleaner to where they hurt you is unforgiveable. Definitely will not be going back.
