The quality of items vary so you do need to look at things carefully but that's how it goes at any thrift shop. Overall, the prices were good, the selection was substantial and everyone working the event was incredibly kind and helpful. I would say the best times to go would either be the first day of the event (presale) because you get first pick of items OR the last day of the sale when they do significant markdowns. I did mark down one star because I do wish volunteers were a little more discerning when accepting items. We did see some things in pretty poor shape but overall most of the clothing, toys, and books we looked at were in decent condition.

When I was belatedly added to the Facebook group after waiting (again, very busy time and understandable), there was infinitely more information about what exactly I was supposed to do with tagging, I did it wrong, and all of my 100+ clothing items would be rejected by inspectors. It's very frustrating, and I hope the owners get an admin or someone with organizational skills to update the actual website so very important information for people not used to using tagging guns/consigning on their own can get the information they need in the future without wasting the seller's time, the inspector's time, and ruining their items.
