The moment I arrived after driving 2 hours the venue coordinator (Brittany) was no where to be found. I had to locate her at the upstairs bar where she proceeded to make my mom, mother in law and fiancee feel unwelcome from the jump. She walked us downstairs to the restaurant and then returned back to the bar upstairs until the tasting was over. The food is horrible I had hair on my plate for my tasting and found nothing that tasted good. I had to have someone go and find the venue coordinator AGAIN, she was back at the bar. When I expressed my concerns to the venue coordinator she had the compassion of a ROCK. She told me she didn't appreciate my attitude it wasn't her only job. I kept my cool and never raised my voice or cussed at the women. All I did was explain that the food was simply unacceptable. If I had hair on my plate as the bride what would happen on my wedding day with 130 guests. Brick Landing denied any type of refund to us and instead just scammed their way to keep $3,000. They claimed they had a "chair meeting" where they vote on issues with the Club. We were denied access to this meeting making it impossible to explain our side. I will continue to tell everyone I know how horrible they treated my family. They ruined what was supposed to be the most exciting day of my life. I have since had to plan an entirely new wedding because I'm not going to settle for nasty hairy food. I hope that this affects them and they learn from their mistakes. I will be making negative reviews everywhere I can and everyone in my family will be doing the same. I would hate for another bride to have to go through the same thing.

You get the GPS enabled carts and there is one bathroom on each side.
