When I saw this place, I ended up going there 3 times within one week! Anyway, armed with dimensions and pictures of my deck, knowing what direction it faced and with pictures of certain small freestanding baskets that I wanted to use, I worked with Sarah and other support staff. They helped me to pick out the perfect plants and greenery to make sure that I have a quiet and peaceful place to sit and read or BBQ and share a wonderful meal with friends and family! After five hours, no phone call or email was received, so I attempted to call the vendor (phone OUT OF SERVICE) and send an email (no response). I was concerned, having just forked over $200 to a business that I could not get in touch with, so I contacted Bloom Nation, who ALSO tried to get in touch with the vendor, to no avail. Finally a message was sent to me that the flowers were delivered, but no photo of the actual flowers was included, just the photo from the website. I had to call the funeral home and ask for THEM to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I still don't know what the flowers even looked like. Just a very unpleasant experience; I would NEVER use this florist again.
