He refused to acknowledge my complaint and instead said very condescendingly, "I've been in the flower business for over 40 years. I know way more than you." My father I law eventually had to go I person to complain and while he was there, noticed they had actually only sent about $15 worth of flowers based on the prices he had for the exact same plant in the store.
