We went in for Denver restaurant week and got wings, a burger, fries, and churros. I got the hot honey wings, and my husband got buffalo. His were way better than mine in terms of flavor! When it comes to the burger, we were disappointed in the size of the patty. It was like we were eating topping ingredients with our bun. Our experience with Holey Moley was very mixed. Pros: It is an entertaining thing to do. They will serve you drinks as you play. The menu is not super special, but it does the trick. The Paloma was tasty. Cons: Customer service: I had multiple issues with customer service even before we arrived. I made online reservations and needed to modify our booking, and the person who spoke with me didn't know how to do it and told me to add more online on a separate invoice. Then, days later, they called and told me I had done it wrong. During our experience, the host asked us to split into two groups (group of 4 and 3) and then started numbering us off and treated us like we were teens. It was really condescending, especially when we had it figured out. At the bar, they forgot our drinks and said they had printer issues. All in all, based on customer service, these folks would get a 0-star review. Vibes: it might be for some people, but it was a little extra for me. They had a DJ and were playing EDM, and it was loud. In the first hour, they played more 90s/00s pop, which was more enjoyable. The atmosphere is fun but also more of a party than I expected. They walk around with $5 shot trays and the whole bit. Mini golf: several of my friends went to the previous iteration when they had iconic Denver-themed courses. Bit bummed that the local angle is missing now. They were still fun, but the courses are very tight and narrow, so it's a challenging mini golf course! read more

Although my fiancé and I are not great at mini golf, we had such a fun time playing through the courses. We were delighted to find that not all the courses were plain mini golf (one of the courses was giant Labyrinth board). There are "caddies" who go around and can get you drinks while you play as well. After we were done, we sat down some delicious dinner. Their French fries were amazing! The Korean BBQ skewers were a bit too salty for our taste, but we really liked our burger and sandwich. Great spot for a night out! We came here on opening weekend. The drinks were great! I got the drink Rub a Dub in the Tub*, and while it looks like they're just giving you an instagrammable drink, it was actually pretty good! They have a ton of cute drinks! I really hope people don't steal the cups so they can continue to serve their drinks in these types up cups. We also had the nachos, which were great! They had fresh ingredients and were pretty tasty. You can tell the dish was thought out. We also had the sliders, which were lacking in flavor. They didn't taste like anything... but listen, it was busy and opening weekend so I'm willing to look past that. I do hope when we return that they're much flavorful and actually spicy. We also played mini golf! It was $70 for 5 of us to play one course of 9 golf stations. There was a weekend promo of BOGO free, so we got to play the 2nd course too. They likely will not have this promo down the line, so keep that in mind. The courses were fun and unique. Some were confusing, but everyone there was willing to help each other out so we could all do it successfully! I do want to mention that when we signed up, we were told to we could wait by the bar and grab drinks and food. However, there wasn't a way for the front desk to contact us when it was our turn? We ate and had drinks, waited about an hour minutes, which the expectation was 45 minutes, and we got to eat and drink so we didn't mind, but I do think this could be an area of opportunity for the place. Maybe have a buzzer when it's your turn to golf or a text so you know when it's your turn? Something to just notify you would be nice so you don't have to either keep checking or lose your table to go ask :) Overall, it was a good experience and I look forward to returning soon!! read more

My coworker B. Slaughter and I went to Holey Moley on Friday night for the first time ever and it was the best experience ever! First, we checked in with Mika and he was extremely kind and helpful to explain how the mini golf worked. When/if we had questions, Jill was very helpful in answering our questions. While on the course, Lo kept coming around to check in with us to see how we were doing - he made our night and experience incredible! Drinks made by Dan were phenomenal and he was really fun to chat with. Best experience ever with mini golf. We plan to return with our other coworkers soon! Hope to see them all there :) read more

This indoor mini golf joint is in the same location as the previous Urban Putt. They did quite a bit of remodeling in order to pack in three 9-hole courses, but to be honest, to do so, every hole is rather short, and very few are particularly interesting. Still, it is a fun outing for adults and kids alike, and they have a decent selection of food as well as some fun cocktails to tie the whole outing together. They reportedly swap out holes on a fairly regular basis so that the experience is refreshed. The staff couldn't have been nicer, so A+ on that front. The place was clean and well kept, and the food was pretty good. B for that. Worthwhile if your in the mood to make some putts! read more

I visited Holey Moley recently for a date night and was disappointed to find how much they had changed since it was Urban Putt a few years prior. I missed the old Denver landmarks that were worked into the original design! Without comparison to the original , the courses at Holey Moley are decorated quite well, though the actual challenges of each one were not as interesting as we hoped. The staff at Holey Moley made the experience extremely smooth. They had an easy check in, a good system for getting your gear, and very helpful "caddys" who showed you where to start, and that you could order drinks from while playing. The food was a solid 3/5. We tried two different pizzas and many of the waitresses said the one I chose (Ricotta Margherita) was their favorite. It was pretty good but quite dry overall and could have used some more cheese. I am glad to hear that this space reopened and is still a mini golf spot but hoping my next experience blows me away a little more! read more

Holey Moley is a selfie paradise, but lacks in actual fun. The food was decent. I enjoyed the nachos and my hubby had delicious sliders. Their aeoli sauce is DELICIOUS. The service was alright, but you could barely hear the workers and it was like everyone was mumbling with the amount of sounds. Holey Moley is a fun and unique take on traditional mini-golf; this entirely indoor urban mini-golf course is geared towards adults (but also kid friendly!) with a restaurant and bar attached that serves delicious food and cocktails. Before we started playing, we sat down for some cockatils and nachos which were incredibly good! I chose the strawberry margarita and it was perfectly balanced with a natural strawberry flavor and not too sweet! You have the option of doing 9 or 18 holes and the mini-golf course itself is really unique... each hole has a theme and several are non traditional, for instance one hole prompts you to play a puzzle game using your golf ball which we thought was super fun. We chose to do only 9 holes and definitly wish we had done the full 18! We had a blast and the environment was really lively and energetic. Went to this place for girls night after seeing a video from TikTok. I really like the drink I got, it came in a cute cup. My friend with me didn't get the cup pictured on the menu which was disappointing. I do know they have a problem with some of their cups disappearing so if you order a drink that comes with a fun cup you may not get one to drink out of. Making the more expensive drinks not feel worth it. The staff were nice and while you played would check in on you and make sure you are well taken care of. The actual mini golf courses were fun but weren't that complicated, I do wish that they were a bit harder. There were 3 different "courses" but each course is pretty easy it didn't matter much which one you went to based on that but more on the theme you like. When you start you are "caddy" to one of the course based on how packed the place is. We went to 2/3 of them and I don't really have the desire to go back just for that last course. read more

This place was awesome, great for some drinks and snacks at their bar and then to play some mini golf. Went as a group of 6. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon. Almost too busy. I would have to come back and try it with the 21+ only time. Parking is going to be in one of the surrounding building lots. Checking yourself in to holy moly was easy and smooth. It's about 25 bucks if you want to play two 9 putt courses. I made reservations online the night before. It went very smooth. After I checked in, went to the bar and grabbed a table until they sent a text to my phone that I was ready to go start my course. Got a few themed drinks. No food this time. The drinks were on the pricier side, you do not get to keep any of the themed cups. They were fun though. You can take them with you as you golf, and they have little tables to place them on , none were spilled or touched and I think that was smart to build little tables for these things. There are a few rules as you go through the course you have to make sure that you limit your putting that's actually the only rule I remember. There are three different 9 hole courses and I only did two to save something to come back to when I try the food at their bar. They give you a coin in the beginning to choose your color ball out of the little vending machines like gumballs. Also, you get to choose your putter all different colors. You can purchase souvenirs to make it even more fun. It didn't go too long or too short, I think I was there for about an hour and a half. I think each little hole was themed perfectly and so fun. I think they did a good job with this. I'm a fan and will be back for sure. read more

Remember the Willy Wonka experience fiasco that went viral a few weeks ago? This is the mini golf chain equivalent. The staff are great, kind and personable, my review has nothing to do with the service. The course itself is honesty just so lame. This company firstly identifies as a restaurant chain, the mini golf is part of the "theme". It focuses on looking instagrammable over having anything actually fun. Every single "hole" is essentially the same - you are hitting in a square with absolutely ZERO variety or obstacles. I would not even call this a mini golf course, it is more like a selfie museum. You are hitting a ball from one corner of a square to the other over and over again. There are quirky games for some holes like where you put your ball in a maze and race each other, or use a prop to hit your ball instead of your putt. The box with flying fake money in it that you go into for one hole is broken. There's really zero thinking or playing for every hole, and it's a very boring and soulless experience. $20 for 9 holes that again, you're really just hitting a ball 5 feet with zero interactive elements or challenge. I would say it's a good place for kids under 8, but if they have developed critical thinking skills they will be bored quickly. It's a crappy Australian- based themed restaurant chain that I simply can't recommend. read more

My wife and I went for a late night mini golf/ date night at the Holey Moley in Denver Downtown. The experience didn't disappoint at all. It was a good challenging course with nice twist and turns. Jill was an amazing host and gave us the best recommendations on the courses to follow and good picture spots. The drinks were good as well - light and refreshing. This was honestly one of the most fun nights out I've had in ages and is by far the best mini golf course I've seen. Every hole is unique and balances fun, challenge, and spectacle. We had a blast figuring out each round and with 27 holes, there was no shortage of laughs, victory cries, and bogies. The staff were super nice, drinks were great, and the prices were totally reasonable - $36 for two hours of fun is a steal. Great vibes, lights, and music. 10/10 recommend! read more

Putt putt is blowing up in denver, all the holiday office parties were apparently like a putt putt place. I give the drinks and food here 4 stars but the actual putting 3 stars. It definitely has a few holes that weren't made super well and although it was interesting in fun, there are other places in Denver I prefer to go to for putting. I had an incredible night playing all three courses! There was a DJ rocking out fun music but not at an obscene volume. The drinks the bartenders were making from their specialty cocktail menu were hilarious and in my opinion, fairly priced! I mean, I don't know if I've ever been anywhere else and had the chance to order a giant cocktail served in a bathtub. The holes are short (length) but the creativity of each unique hole had me smiling and laughing all evening. Highly recommended for a night out. They do strictly enforce the 21+ policy at 8:00pm which I appreciated but make note if you want to visit as a family. read more
