Finally got to visit this place. It's in a weird spot/area. The Welton room has tapas so a good evening spot for a snack or pre dinner appetizer. We also walked over to the espresso martini bar for their themed cocktails which was really cool and delicious. We'll definitely be back for more drink themes.

Calling all espresso martini gals!!! Don't miss out on checking out the Welton Room. Located away from downtown- except to uber and parking seemed to be difficult to find. Reservations are highly recommended as the space inside the bar is limited. Luckily enough (and love) to sit at the bar which allows you to watch them curate these not only gorgeous looking, but mouth watering, pure luxury martinis. Plus cute boards the martinis are presented on! Ended up ordering 2 different flights to share, which allows you to explore more of what the menu offers.

Great Vibes! The music was amazing, the energy was fun, and the drinks were surprisingly reasonably priced, especially for New Year's Eve. We were having such a good time that it honestly flew by. That's why the ending was such a letdown. We got a very last-minute heads-up that we only had about 20 minutes left because of the 2-hour limit, which totally flipped the mood. We had just purchased drinks and genuinely felt like we had to almost chug them to avoid wasting them. We were actively ordering drinks and honestly would've each had a THIRD, but the sudden cutoff completely turned us off. On top of that, one of my drinks never came at all, so the night ended on a stressful note instead of a fun one. I understand time limits on a busy holiday, but earlier communication and a smoother wrap-up would've made a big difference. Still a great spot for the vibe and music, just make sure you have a backup plan. ***This will NOT be your only stop due to the time constraints.

Stopped in for drinks. But had to order the pan con tomate as well. Service was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Everything came out fairly quick. Tiramisu Espresso Martini - 10/10 delish Nexpresso Martini - 10/10 so good plus great presentation Need to go back to check out their espresso martini bar next door!

HUGE bummer that Monkey Room is closed on Mondays. I didn't realize they had separate hours until my friend and I showed up. We were really looking forward to experiencing their espresso martini flights but ended up enjoying delicious drinks in their main space. There were even $10 mini martinis for happy hour! Their shooters are actually AMAZING, especially their Butterbeer one. We also tried the Golden Dragon. Can't remember which mini martinis we ordered, but vibes were classy and chill. Service was lovely. It was pretty empty on a Monday night, as expected. Would definitely come back again and try for Monkey Room!

This espresso martini bar did not disappoint at all! They have so many cool and unique flavors. We ordered the Ube Espresso Martini and the Tiramisu Espresso Martini. Both were very delicious. I really liked the presentation. We also ordered some of their classic flavors like the Saffron Vanilla and the Classic Tiramisu which were both very solid options. Customer service was also great. We did not have a reservation, but they still managed to sit us. At first, we were seated in the lobby area of the hotel (which we were okay with being served there), but as soon as an opening came up, the server immediately moved us inside the bar. I really appreciate this gesture and I would definitely come back if I ever visit Denver again.

Although I don't come here as much as I used to, Welton Room is still one of my favorite places in Denver. The Five Points bar and restaurant lounge takes hospitality to a whole new meaning. And they haven't skipped a beat since opening six years ago. The cocktails are creative, gorgeous, and progressive with their presentation. The dining space is comfortable and luxurious. The food is crafted meticulously and appropriately priced. And the service is second to none, maybe the most gracious in the city. I cannot recommend Welton Room's weekend brunch enough. I took my wife here for her first Mother's Day, along with her grandma and our young son. The experience was flawless. Not Your Everyday Paloma ($15) // tequila, aperol, elderflower, grapefruit, lime, sparkling pink grapefruit. This is an elegant take on a paloma. It's a PERFECT brunch cocktail. Raspberry Beret ($15) // gin, raspberry puree, elderflower, white cranberry, lychee, lemon, egg white. Silky, stunning, and wildly delicious. Men, don't be afraid of ordering a brightly colored drink with a flower garnish. It's a fantastic fruity cocktail. Steak and Eggs ($29) // guajillo sauce, fennel chimichurri, fingerling potato. I want to eat this meal every single weekend. The steak and chimichurri combination is lethal. The perfectly cooked eggs, the addictive potatoes, oh my goodness. YES YES YES!!! Though I didn't eat my wife's Chicken and Waffles, I've had it once before and can attest to its deliciousness. Same goes for their classic French omelet with rotating ingredients. Finding a proper one is easier said than done, and you can tell the chef has been executing these for years and years. I've gotten to know Champ and crew over the years. They are beyond passionate about what they do. They are doing really special things here. If you're looking to ball out on brunch or expertly made cocktails, Welton Room needs to be towards the top of your Denver food and drink list!

First time trying Welton Room and it was great! The decor and seating was classy chic with pops of color everywhere which i really liked. My friends and I went for their brunch menu which is from 11am - 2:30pm. I ordered the Classic breakfast: 2 eggs, potato smashers, house made focaccia with fruit preserves on the side, house ground breakfast sausage. It was all not only delicious but very filling. My favorites were the crispy potato smashers and the house made focaccia with the fruit preserves. I could eat those two all day every day. If you have been to the Welton Room only at night (I heard that is when most people go), please check out their brunch as well! Looking forward to visiting again. .

Checked out the Monkey Bar at Welton Room on a Saturday night. The bar is not attached to the actual Welton Room for dining, you will have to go around to the residential doors to check in. Having a reservation is a must! It's a tiny, vibey area that gets packed quick. Especially this weekend we went, all reservations were booked! They specialize in Espresso martinis but they do have a wine list and a couple cocktails. Everything was delicious and creative but TBH they all tasted the same. Just espresso martinis in different forms. The Ube flavor was nonexistent to me and mostly tasted floral from the topping. I was super excited for the Dubai chocolate but it also lacked the taste of pistachio. Super disappointing that the "Dubai chocolate" was actually just a Kit-Kat with chocolate drizzle on top. Definitely misleading but our group had a good laugh! Overall not a bad spot to gossip and chill for drinks. They have a small tapas menu too.

I stopped in last night for some cocktails and bites girlfriends last night. We had a reservation so we're seated promptly. We had great service the entire night (we were there a while). We started with drinks from the happy hour menu ( the sidecar and espresso martini). Both were good but the sidecar was fab. Just the right punch of sweet and sour. We had the Japanese fried chicken, tostones, pan con tomate and lamb. Everything was delicious and was shareable with the three of us. The pan con tomate with the least exciting description on the menu, but the server recommended it and wow, it did not disappoint. It was so good with the perfect char. My favorite thing about last night was seeing all the ladies out in groups, all dressed up enjoying each other's company. You could tell everyone was feeling festive. I love this spot and will come back!

Came here for brunch on a Saturday and made a reservation ahead of time. There was plenty of space. I had the chicken and waffles and tiramisu espresso martini. The chicken and waffles were very well executed. I was a bit disappointed that the pretty instagram worthy espresso martinis are only available at the monkey bar. However I'll know next time and plan accordingly. Overall it's a really cute place for brunch in downtown Denver.

Always a blast! Watching Champ work his magic is like witnessing an artist at work. Seriously, it's never a dull moment! This time, we indulged in some amazing cocktails and bites: Tiramisu Espresso Martini Japanese Melon Tangerine Sour Antera Negra Tequila Botanist Ramos Gin Fizz Botanist Dirty Martini Pan Con Tomate Market Provisions

Cocktails were great but the vibe was off. The staff seemed depressed and I'm sorry yall me too I didn't try any food as we were here right after brunch ended. Cool aesthetic and the drinks were solid. Maybe it was just an off day but I'm willing to give it another shot.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2.
