The cinnamon roll was amazing. Soft and doughy, but not too sweet, with the perfect level of cinnamon coating. Next to old fashioneds, the french cruller is my favorite donut! This cruller was glazed with strawberry frosting and was insanely soft, on the inside, and had a light crunch on the outside. They also make tons of classic donuts here as well like; glaze twists, maple bars, sprinkles, cake donuts, and even mochi donuts. Not much in terms of drinks, just a cooler fridge filled with bottled drinks and fresh brewed hot coffee. There are tables here to stay and enjoy your donuts, but we all know that donuts are much better at home!

As of now they just have the traditional donut spread like glazed, maple bars, bear claws, and, my fave, glazed old-fashioned donuts. The donuts we got were very tasty and super fresh. I especially loved the maple old-fashioned and the bear claw. I did ask if they were going to get any savory options soon like kolaches or other breakfast sandwich options. They assured me that savory breakfast options are coming soon, but they wanted to get the doors opened and sweet donuts out the door. My dad made these for me as a kid and anytime I see them in the wild, I have to try it. The bierocks made were just ok. The pastry is great, but the filling was a little bland and way too heavy on the cabbage. But what the bierocks lacked, the donuts made up for by a million! We ordered a cruller, maple, glazed, old-fashioned, a glazed twist, and a chocolate cake doughnut. Just based off our order, you can tell there were no children with us, lol. The cruller donut was perfection. Airy and super soft with it almost melting in your mouth before the first bite. The old-fashioned donut (which are my favorite) was incredible! It was surprisingly light, for a cake doughnut, and had a thick layer of maple glaze. I think the layer was about an eighth of an inch, which for icing is bonkers. Even Peter North himself would be humbled by this glazing technique. Is this the most unassuming donut shop in all of the land? Maybe not the land, but at least in Clovis. Live in the area and love donuts? Get here now!

There was no one there when we entered shortly after getting to the front a lady came out from the back. We greeted her. I got my daughter a sprinkled donut and I got myself my favorite donut; maple bar and I saw they had a jalapeños croissant I asked if there was cream cheese inside said she said no and said ham. I ended up ordering one of those she asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said no it's okay. Total was about $8 and some change I didn't get a receipt. Customer service is a bit lacking she seems to be in a hurry and short when spoken to. Not sure if that's just her personality but no one else was there but us. Just a few minutes later we arrived home noticed the icing on the maple bar was already melting and the color was a bit different than the normal maple bar I usually get /see this one is a bit darker in color. The jalapeno did in fact have cream cheese inside, one jalepeno and ham. I felt my daughter sprinkled donut was on the drier side. But she mostly ate the top where the sprinklers were. I felt the maple bar and the jalapeño croissant tasted pretty average and pretty good similar to other local places nothing really special. Might return if we're desperate for another donut and don't want to take the drive.
