The quality of the donut was actually really good, they clearly have a good recipe and good technique. I was a little sad they only offer crullers on the weekends, which I always work so I'll never be able to try them. Also, the filled donuts seem to be sliced in half with filling spread between the halves, rather than filled via a piping bag and a hole, so they were an awful mess to eat. Definitely wouldn't recommend those even though the flavor was good. However, the blueberry old fashioned was delicious and so was the maple bacon bar. Pretty good but not the absolute best, hence the 4 stars. Plus the staff were friendly and helpful. We took our donuts to go, so I can't speak to the dine in experience, but it certainly fulfills a craving for donuts, just pick the right ones.

This cruller was glazed with strawberry frosting and was insanely soft, on the inside, and had a light crunch on the outside. They also make tons of classic donuts here as well like; glaze twists, maple bars, sprinkles, cake donuts, and even mochi donuts. Not much in terms of drinks, just a cooler fridge filled with bottled drinks and fresh brewed hot coffee. There are tables here to stay and enjoy your donuts, but we all know that donuts are much better at home!

My dad made these for me as a kid and anytime I see them in the wild, I have to try it. The bierocks made were just ok. The pastry is great, but the filling was a little bland and way too heavy on the cabbage. But what the bierocks lacked, the donuts made up for by a million! We ordered a cruller, maple, glazed, old-fashioned, a glazed twist, and a chocolate cake doughnut. Just based off our order, you can tell there were no children with us, lol. The cruller donut was perfection. Airy and super soft with it almost melting in your mouth before the first bite. The old-fashioned donut (which are my favorite) was incredible! It was surprisingly light, for a cake doughnut, and had a thick layer of maple glaze. I think the layer was about an eighth of an inch, which for icing is bonkers. Even Peter North himself would be humbled by this glazing technique. Is this the most unassuming donut shop in all of the land? Maybe not the land, but at least in Clovis.
