Since moving to Utah, it's like a dating game....you gotta date so many until you find the right fit. =) Courtney is very pleasant to work with - she hears you and communicates with you to make sure she knows she understands the cut and style you want to achieve and see. I've had the privilege to come on the days when she has the room to herself so we've had the 1:1 time to really chat and get to know each other. She takes her time with your hair. She also takes notes on what she did, based on what you like and what she did with your hair so the next time you see her, she can look back on her notes to repeat the color/tint she used last time. Really happy with her work and I am a customer of hers for life!

And there have been times that I've tried to call to reschedule appointments and have been unable to get ahold of them. They also could use a bit of updating inside as well as some more space. But other than that, they are well on their way to 5 stars if you ask me. I will definitely be back next time my eye brows need a wax, and maybe to try out how they do with massages! They start off with a foot washing which was so relaxing, and then you can add an aromatherapy to your service. It was such a calm and relaxing environment. I chose the 90 minute service and did a micro-currant add-on, which I highly recommend. I ended up buying some of the facial oil which I've been using. With any student services, the instructor does come in a couple of times throughout your appointment which is no big deal. They always ask before they do anything or touch you, which is very respectful. I will definitely come back.

I tried to trust the process while I was in the chair, but once it was done, I knew something was off. It didn't frame my face right and honestly just didn't look like a professional job nothing was even. I ended up having to go to someone else to fix it, which cost me even more time and money. A haircut is supposed to make you feel better, not stressed about how to fix it after. If you're looking to walk out less happy than when you walked in, this is definitely the place to go.

The pedicure...was probably the most interesting pedicure of my life lol. The girls seemed nice but very inexperienced. I asked my polish not to be touched but the girl seemed so lost on what to do...didn't file down my calluses (I had to ask) and didn't touch my cuticles which by the end of the service I was ok with because I was honestly afraid she wouldn't know what to do. I think she just needed more experience and more confidence because she seemed to be looking over at the girl that was doing my husband's pedicure as to what to do next. All in all I think this package could use a little more structuring/instruction on what to do after facial/massage or just eliminate the sauna part altogether since it seemed to be first come first serve anyway. My favorite part of going to the hair salon is the head massage during my shampoo, and this was an extended version of that including dry brushing, shampooing, hair oiling, and a halo hair rinser. The facial included a double cleanse, mask, face massage, and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. One thing that I didn't even think of, and something to just note (it didn't affect my experience at all) - when you get this service, they shampoo your hair and you leave the spa with wet hair.
