I deeply regret bringing my dog to Holiday Barn Pet Resorts. During our stay, I noticed serious concerns about the level of care and cleanliness. My dog became extremely ill after being boarded here, and sadly, we lost them shortly after. When I asked questions, I felt the staff was dismissive and not transparent about what happened. I also noticed several other dogs coughing during pickup, which raised serious concerns about possible illness spreading among pets. A close friend of mine used to work here and shared that some dogs were handled very rough but the owners son. Popping the dogs prong to rough, yanking them onto the grooming table, shoving them into the kennels, kicking them and more , which only makes me more concerned about what happened behind the scenes for my pup. read more

Had my cat take a vacation here for one week as I had to visit family across the country. The staff was incredibly nice and let me go back to the cat building to make sure my baby was all situated. It was a quite spacious kennel for the price! Additionally (more important to me) it was incredibly clean throughout the resort. The staff has a very organized way of ensuring your pet gets food they need that fits with their routine and also weighs your pet throughout the stay (BONUS: cat food is free). If I ever need to leave town again, I can rest assured that my cat would have a great place to stay here. read more

If I could give 1/2 star I would. The only good thing I can say about this place is they provided shelter for my dog. If you have a senior dog,perhaps a dog with medical concerns or one that gets stressed during boarding,find some place else. The place looks impressive on the website, but it's really just a large place with too many moving parts that don't work together. I called 3 times to check on my pup and never git a return call over 3 days! When I called again,I got a hearsay answer from someone who kept calling my bot, she. I don't believe a dog as mentioned above will get any real attention. I'll board someplace else if I travel to Richmond again. They a full of excuses as to why they don't call back,why the person who booked my reservation told me one thing about what they needed from my vet,vs what I was told when I got there-excuses. I dropped my 9-month-old GSD puppy Kratos off for day boarding today for his 3rd day at this facility. It was clear when we were walking in (even after three weeks off or so for the holidays) that he had such a great time there in the past that he was immediately comfortable and happy to be there. I've worked at daycares/boarding facilities in the past, and know how important that body language coming in can be (and how they interact with specific staff); I can safely say I wouldn't hesitate at all to leave my dog in Holiday Barn's care for day boarding with any of my dogs (I have not tried overnight boarding, training, or daycare, so cannot comment on that). Kratos loves everyone he sees and went right up to love on everyone. There are two points I would like to make though: 1. I was not aware (since he has done day boarding 2x already without it) that a play session was required for day boarding. This adds $15 to your stay **minimum** - so really, the minimum day boarding price is NOT the $26 they advertise on their website; it is $41. Nowhere does it say it's required; you can even make a day boarding reservation request on their system without one. Also, someone has to approve it before it can get approved/booked. I understand errors happen - but how this one was handled SERIOUSLY left a lot to be desired. I got a call back after successfully calling to make a standard $26 reservation (plus $4 for the frozen kong I asked for so he has a toy to play with and gets a little mental enrichment) yesterday (1/2/25) to make a reservation for today (1/3/25). It was to let me know that selecting a playtime was required. I was understandably confused and expressed that confusion; however, I was met with a little bit of an attitude and just an expression of "Well, that's always been our policy." I pointed out that it doesn't state that anywhere on the website, nor their reservation system, and continued to get short, curt responses - eventually ending with an "I'll call you back." The initial call back was at 10:44 AM, and I got a call about 20 min later at 11:01 AM. I don't think I had even gotten two sentences out before the - and I quote - "I knew you were going to be mad when I called"'s started. I was taken aback because I have worked in customer service and in the pet industry for years, and I also understand that people can have off days. What I do not understand is why you think you could/should say that to a customer you know is frustrated 4-5 TIMES IN 6 MINUTES. **Especially** when it's been an error on your end, and the fact that they are asking for an explanation is hardly unreasonable since it's suddenly become a 27% increase on what they have already paid twice. I was incredibly irritated, and it could have been solved very easily/quickly with better customer service - and no, I am not/was not looking for a discount or anything for free, just a basic explanation and not to have an attitude. 2. I walked into Holiday Barn this morning to drop Kratos off in Glen Allen as I didn't have an option besides bringing him there, and I figured I would eat the cost of the now *required* $15 dollar/ 15-minute play time, and figure out what to do going forward. It saddened me because it's tough to find a place where I am comfortable leaving my dogs, and he clearly had a good time there. He was super excited to go in and say hi to everyone. I mentioned it to the girls working there, and I was still pretty irritated from yesterday, but I tried not to show it too much because I knew it wasn't their fault, and being irritated at them for a call none of them made was ridiculous and unnecessary. I met Lindsey, who works there part-time, and she was SO lovely and took the time to not only COMPLETELY change my mood but also how I felt about Holiday Barn as a company. She assured me that there is a no-cell phones policy and that he would actually be played with the entire play session I was now required to pay for (again, I've worked other places where some of the employees don't really care), and also assured me that HB staff and I could work together (with their honesty and transparency) to find a solution where even though a $15 physical activity was required, that they would let me know which one he seemed to enjoy and get more out of. Whatever HB is paying employees like Lindsey is not enough - because she took the time to turn me from a customer who never wanted to bring Kratos (or any of my dogs) back to one who felt reassured that I (and Kratos) would be getting what I pay for, and that he was in good hands. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the woman I spoke with yesterday, but whoever it was, needs to know that repeatedly saying "I knew you were going to be mad" as a response to a customer when they have a legitimate concern is ridiculous. Also, Lindsey (and the other girls who spoke with me at the counter) all need a raise and recognition. They are the ONLY reason I am giving a good review. read more

I don't understand why this biz has low ratings. HBPR IS WONDERFUL! My 6 mo old puppy was a nightmare in the making. Intelligent breed, just needed someone that had the training to train her. After her sessions she is a dog that I can walk with, she sits, she climbs, & her sweetness is back! Now, if she will just get in my car. (She likes Dad's mini van more!) HBPR is clean, in a beautiful area of Henrico Co, Every staff member is a dog / cat lover. They are as nice to the "Hoomans" as they are to the canines & felines. I'm afraid my fur baby will be sad to graduate from her training. But, she will likely be visiting when she can't travel w/us. read more

I have two dogs that stayed in the cottage suite over a weekend (Friday-Sunday). The pick up time is 12:30, that is the only thing I did not like. If you can't pick up before then you have to pay for additional services. My dogs seemed fine, just slightly stinky because I did not include a bathing service. I did not get pictures of my dogs throughout their stay but I trusted that they were fine since no one called me about them. I will be returning here in the future. read more

Holiday Barn is a great place to board your pet, they are caring and have many services. They are, however, quite expensive and up sell a lot. The joke with my friends is..."would you like your dog to go out to pee? That will be another $15 a day". That being said, the care, activities and positive attitude of the staff made it worth it for us, then we got a new puppy and our experience changed. We started our puppy at about 3 months for training. He did the board and train for weeks, coming home weekends. He did a refresher and I told them any time he boarded and there was a spot that day in the training schedule to continue to work with him. We had never given a dog this much training and time at a kennel. I had the time to work with him at home, I wanted him to be our best dog ever and . He can heel, sit, place, comes on command, etc. So basic training is great. We travel for work so he boarded a good bit and did the doggie daycare frequently. Note they will not accept a male dog unfixed past 6 months so we had to stop the daycare since that is absurd, especially for larger dogs. Our vet recommended 18 months to 2 years. Once when he was in a cottage, an employee reached over the dutch door for something and our dog,then about 6 months, nipped at the person. They told us about this but no input from the trainer, nothing more than mentioning it to us. Then, when an actual issue arose, they were a terrible disappointment. We were going on a trip out of the country for 5 days. On his first day when we got off the plane there was a missed call and message from them. Our dog, now about 16 months, had bitten someone! We were incredibly upset ( I was crying at the airport I was so concerned for the employee) and called immediately. What happened, was the person at the hospital, did they get stitches? Well no, the skin was not broken. Still very upset I sent the head trainer, the woman who had spent weeks with my dog training him, a long distraught email about how do we help him, what happened, what is the next step in training? Basically I was told he was banned from the kennel. When we went to pick him up he had been groomed that day, no issue at all groomer said he was a sweet heart and the young gal who brought him out told us what a good dog he was. Which made us wonder about the training of the person who was trying to get him into a kennel when he bit them. We pointed out he had over a year of being very good and the staff truly seemed to enjoy him. The response about the year of being a good boy was, that meant he was unpredictable. Thousands of dollars spent, weeks upon weeks of training then when an actual behavior issue arose, they had no help to offer. I own a business. I understand about employees, insurance, liability etc. However, this decision I don't understand. It sheds a bad light onto the ability of the trainers when a dog actually needs help. We could have set up one on one sessions, they could have practiced with him going to the kennel-money, time, our effort were not an issue for us. A real trainer would have had more solutions than "we give up". We asked our vet for a reference for a trainer who can handle more than sit and stay. We have been working with her; her approach and insight into dogs made us realize how little real training either our dog, or us as pet owners, really received. So if you want a clean, well kept, pricey place that has enthusiastic employees and fun activities to board a dog Holiday Barn is terrific. I just would not recommend the training at all. read more

Turned my unruly pup who had broken my finger by pulling on the leash into a well-mannered girl who I can walk with ease. Absolutely life-changing for me! I've used Holiday Barn for several services over the last 8+ years including cat boarding for 2-4 cats ranging in age from young adult to senior and 3-week dog training. While I love the boarding facilities and other offerings for cats, I 100% believe that Holiday Barn's "training" made my reactive pitbull puppy one million times worse. We are now using another trainer/service for $2k to try to undo the damage HB did... And we already tried doing SOME of that work with a virtual trainer during the height of the pandemic. The staff is kind and the facilities are clean, but when something as serious as reactive dogs is on the line I wish HB took owners' concerns a little more seriously. read more

Another successful visit to Holiday Pet Barn for my two elderly dachshunds. They got a nice bath, had their nails trimmed and were wearing cute little bandanas when they came out to greet me at pick up. Dogs were mellow and ready for cuddle when we got home, but certainly not stressed from their visit. Glad we found HPB. read more

This place has a lot of negative reviews which is why I was so nervous about boarding my kitty for five days while on vacation. My friend told me her cat had a great time at daycare here and I should check them out for boarding. I wanted to leave a review for other anxious pet parents who might be uneasy about boarding. It has very difficult to get ahold of them to book the stay so I showed up in person about two weeks or so before and the woman at the counter was not particularly friendly. She seemed really stressed. It didn't inspire confidence. I was worried about leaving my cat but didn't want her home alone all lonely. The day I brought her in I had a much better experience! The two employees I interacted with were really sweet and it felt like they cared about my cat. I was even able to see where she would be staying and spend a few minutes helping to get her settled. They said I could check in with her by calling whenever. The cats have fish tanks with fake fish on the wall of their condos and I got the one with a window for her entertainment which was 28 dollars a night. They are kept pretty close together but they cannot see each other. You can add services and you can bring your own food and toys for your pet if you want to. I called on the last day to extend her stay because my flight was delayed and they were very gracious about it. I will say they did not answer on the check up on your pet line which was a little concerning, but I was able to reach them on the main phone line. When I picked up my cat she was in good spirits and I was happy to read her cute report card. Overall I would board here again and want to encourage others to not be nervous... even if the reviews are negative. read more

Before going on a cruise, my family brought in my (almost) 5 year old guinea pig Carl to stay for 2 weeks. The staff immediately fawned over him and treated him like a pet of their own. They gave him great care and attention throughout our time away, and we were comforted by the staff's responsiveness and care. Unfortunately, the morning we were supposed to pick him up, Carl passed away (natural causes). Every staff member at Holiday Barn treated him with the utmost care and respect, seemingly also devastated by our loss as they had bonded with our beloved Carl. They were extremely empathetic - I could not have asked for a better staff to take care of my furry friend, and am grateful that he made some new "friends" in his last weeks. Carl will be dearly missed, and we will surely bring our pets to Holiday Barn in the future. Thank you, Holiday Barn! read more

I have had such a wonderful experience with the Holiday Barn and their team. Little back story.. We originally won a silent auction gift basket of fun dog "treats" at the GAES PTA school auction. We had just adopted our furry family member... Duke. He was a welcomed addition to our family who officially became a member this past Christmas. He was awesome around our family but over time he became a little skid dish around people he didn't know and I'll admit we weren't the most well equipped dog owners. He was becoming a hand full. We brought him to Skylar at the Holiday Barn where she was like a magician with him. After a few weeks of training our boy Duke is obedient, calm, collected and simply put awesome. This isn't wasn't her first rodeo. She knew how to handle Duke and she took the time to check that we would be able to continue the work at home. Looking forward to seeing you all at the monthly trainings and when we decide to hit the road for family vacations. Side Note: Taking Duke bag for a skills/obedience check up Duke was so excited and not at all timid or fearful. They don't train out of fear but more out of consistency. Thanks again. read more

I have been bringing my aussie to Holiday Barn since she was 6 months old, 6/1/2020. We started out with the 3 week/5 days a week training camp (Melania and Hunter). After the 3 weeks of training she was a completely different dog for the good. It is well worth every penny. From that day forward she attends 1-2 days of camp, swimming (her favorite) play time and enrichment classes every week. She is bathed once a month every month. I would highly recommend Holiday Barn. They have always been there for me. I couldn't imagine having to take her anywhere else. read more

I took my 7mo puppy here for a trial day visit, I had requested suite because my dog is not used to being in close proximity of other dogs.. the manager insisted that puppies should be in the kennel.. long story short.. he was so freaked out, the employees couldn't get him to come out. I picked up my 11 month old Yorkie from a 3 day stay this past Saturday. The entire day he had diarrhea and by early morning he was popping a red blood like substance. More likely than not they feed him the wrong food (that belonged to our other dog) or he was feed a treat, which I specifically stated that he couldn't have treats! Needless to say, I contacted Holiday Barn to let them know what was going on and to find out what went wrong. I asked for a manager and was told that someone would give me a call back. I made a daycare reservation for my dog who had just been boarded 10 days ago and was told at the last minute my dog could not come due to a vaccination that had lapsed in the week since he was last in the facility. I am now faced with a funeral for a parent and out of town travel needs with no care for my dog. When I explained that my dog is allergic to the vaccine in question and may not even be able to have this vaccine I was told he may not be able to participate in daycare ever again. Horrible customer service at the worst possible time. This should have been communicated when the original reservation was made which was days ago. We took our 4 dogs here while on a weekend getaway and were extremely impressed! Our dogs range from 5 months to 12 years and there was something for each of them. Our 12 year old got special orthopedic bedding and some one on one cuddles instead of play time which suited her perfectly. The puppy got a lot of play time to get out all those wiggles, and the two in between enjoyed play time and walks during the day. Each dog had a bed and blanket for sleeping which is what our dogs are accustomed to at home. Holiday Barn has done a great job creating a home away from home for your pets. While our dogs were naturally thrilled for us to come home, they also had great reports from the staff and seemed to have enjoyed their time. We appreciated the extra effort the staff went to in creating special, individual "report cards" for each dog so we knew how they did during their stay. They came home energetic and happy making us feel very comfortable about bringing them back to this location. Holiday Barn is 100% worth the price for your pets who are used to coddling and the comforts of home. They go above and beyond to make sure you are understand all their services, and were so great about answering all of our questions. I love these guys. My dog is a rescue and has extreme truest and anxiety issues. They have bent over backwards to work with me to make the best possible arrangements for both grooming and kennel stays. When I pick Kimmie up she always looks great after grooming and is happy because they take such good care of her and have the patients to treat her so lovingly. Let me preface this by saying that I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a bizarre experience with this business that I wanted to warn other potential customers. For the price they charge, it is completely unorganized and very disappointing. They do not seem to nurture the animals or provide any constructive guidance either. First of all, I had the vet send my dogs paperwork quite literally 3 times before the pet barn said they received it. Then, when I arrived they had me fill out the same paperwork I filled out online and said they didn't know who my vet was (even though they had the vet paperwork from the vet and I had told them in my initial call who the vet is?) I called 2 times before my dogs stat to validate drop off time and had a very lengthy conversation with someone on the phone initially about drop off time for new introduction to camping. I was told 10:30am drop off THREE TIMES and even called to validate this. We arrived at 10:19am (I have phone record) and no one answered the phone. Finally someone answered at 10:23am and said drop off was supposed to be 10:15 so the dog could not go to intro class and there are no exceptions. I told her I was told 10:30 and it was so close to 10:15 but she was so insistent I was wrong even though I was told the wrong information THREE TIMES and it was 10:23!! She said he could go to the intro class the next day since he was staying overnight. This was not the plan and I would not have boarded him here if he didn't get the intro first day as he is a puppy who is a bit timid without knowing his environment. When I picked him up the second day, i was told the wrong "gate" to pick him up in. His report card was confusing and basically said he needed to be around more dogs if he wants to come to camp? This is the whole point of taking him to camp, to socialize him with other dogs? The report was not useful and a bit off-putting for a small new puppy. I also can't help but wonder if he was overly nervous because he spent a whole day there with no intro and it was his first time away from home. One more point - the person I dropped the dog off with said part of the intro process was to have other dogs "get in his face" to see how he reacts. I have boarded other dogs frequently at daycare, so I do have reference points. For the price this business charges, it doesn't feel like they care about the customer or how to help the dogs (same as mentioned in other reviews) or have any type of organization. I will say it looked to be a clean facility. I would appreciate management contacting me to discuss my experience. I would have thought for a puppy they would want a repeat customer? This place has turned out to be a real disappointment. We started taking our dogs to HB after getting WOWed by all of their great marketing. The facilities seem nice, as do the staff at the front desk -- but over the past year, we have been getting the feeling that the dogs don't get as much attention or oversight as they like to make people think. One of our dogs has been bit by other dogs on two separate occasions -- hello, anybody around to break it up?! We have a basset and a beagle...not exactly the most vicious of breeds... The final straw for us is HB's seemingly sliding scale for pricing. One day we get quoted $46 for both dogs, another day there is $2 "discount", (big WHOOP), another day it's $4 dollars off....what the HECK is the price already?! Conveniently, they don't publish their prices -- they just tell you verbally if you ask. Bottom line: We're pretty much done with this place. read more

Took my dog here for training, because he has leash anxiety when meeting other dogs on the leash, and didn't get into their camp program. The trainer called me after a week of boarding and training and told me that he just doesn't like other dogs, and basically told me to give up. My dog loves other dogs, just gets freaked out meeting them on a leash. My dogs were boarded for 2 days. I had to call 37 times during business hours one day in order to get someone on the phone to hear how they were doing. When we tried to pick them up we could not get anyone on the phone and had to stand in the parking lot waiting for a staff member to walk by in the yard so that we could yell over that we were trying to get our dogs. One of my dogs had numerous unexplained injuries, including abrasions on her ears and elbows and two toenails ripped out of her paw by the root. We had to take her for emergency vet care after picking her up. I am so horrified by this place. If you care about your animals do not ever bring them here. read more

DO NOT COUNT ON FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOLIDAY BARN PET RESORT PERIOD. I made a reservation for dog boarding over the phone with the Midlothian location a week in advance of bringing my dog. After spending nearly 15 minutes on the phone with someone who took down all my information, she asked if I would rather be at the Mountain Rd. location. I said yes, since that is nearer to my current apartment. At the end of the call, she asked for my veterinarian's name and said that I should be "good to go." I asked her at least twice if I needed to follow up on this appointment, and she said that no, they would obtain my veterinary records, and no, they had taken care of everything. Come the day I bring my dog to be dropped off, I went to the Mountain Road location. The man at the counter looked in the records and said that there were no records of myself OR my dog in their system. Plus, he said that they would be unable to take my dog because they didn't have his veterinary records. I was quite irritated at this point, as it was a Sunday night and my vet wasn't open nor the other kennel he had stayed at in Leesburg, which had his records. The man kept saying he couldn't help us, and honestly I am quite positive he didn't believe that I had made the appointment. He called over to the Midlothian location and said they didn't have our records either. After about ten minutes of this bull****, my record "magically" appeared. Yet, they still couldn't take him because of the lack of vet records. My partner and I were quite stressed at this point, as we were going on a train to move him up to New York the following morning at 6 am. When all this happened, it was 5:00PM the night before. Luckily, we were able to find a friend last minute to watch our dog. Overall, I give this entire company and operation a single star. 1) There is a lack of empathy from the Glen Allen location. This man could have handled our situation a bit better, or not have acted like he did not believe us. We were already stressed out at this point, and I would have had to cancel my $200 train ticket for this situation. He didn't even BOTHER to apologize to me after finding the record of our contact information. 2) The whole situation is ludicrous. I set up this appointment a WEEK in advance. The lady tried to upsell me on a suite, which I kindly denied. She also stated at least twice that everything "should be good to go" and that I would just need to drop off my dog before 6pm on a Sunday. She NEVER made any mention that I would need to bring copies of my vet records -- she stated that they would take care of that. Overall, the way this place is run seems disorganized and a rip-off. I have had my dog stay at plenty of kennels and boarding places that are much better, more organized, and less of a nightmare of an experience. Thanks for nothing. read more

One of the female customer service employees is six months pregnant and not allowed to sit in a chair at the front desk. Trainers use prong and e-collars which both the Humane Society and the SPCA regard as punitive and dangerous. A trainer has been heard to say, "Oh that dog's just being dramatic." after it has been shocked with an e-collar and yelped. Kennel attendance are expected to use the prong collars as well. They also have a portion of the property covered with small sharp rocks that the dogs walk over regularly. These rocks get hot in the summer and could potentially burn paws. In addition, they have two story kennels and put dogs that exceed weight limits in the upper kennels making it dangerous for both the employees and the dogs. Holiday Barn does take care of cats but there is no employee training on behavior or general health. Some dogs are supposed to be separated for feeding. But when a building reaches capacity this doesn't happen. In the grooming department, there are no steps or ramps for the dogs to enter and exit the tubs. Employees are required to lift dogs regardless of their weight. read more

We just picked our dog up and without informing us they moved his grooming and his day of play. So, instead of getting back a clean, groomed dog we got a dog who stinks and has clumps of dirt in his beard (he's a giant schnoodle). This place prides itself on customer care but did not even inform me of any changes to the agreed upon schedule. We will absolutely never use this place again and I would strongly encourage others not to use it. I have had the best experience here in all categories. Day care? He loves it. Grooming? Great. Training? We worked with Melanie who has moved but she was a game changer. I dreaded walking my dog because of his leash manners and he had no manners. She transformed him. With day care it's small groups which I love. Howard got a small scratch on his stomach one okay session from another dog and they called right away to explain what happened which I appreciated. read more

My mother's cat spent 12 days at Holiday Barn. She came home yesterday and had to be put to sleep today by emergency vet. White count high, kidneys failed from apparently lack of eating and drinking). They claim she was fine which is impossible. While I have no proof of negligence, this did not happen overnight and clearly the cat should have been taken to the vet and was not monitored sufficiently. When mother called the response was that the cat was fine while there. Yea, right! I wouldn't leave a rat there. I see from reviews we are not the only ones to experience this. We usually use another place, but gave this one a shot because it is closer to home and is located on Mountain Rd. We have a friend who uses Holiday Barn for their daycare and they love it. I was pretty disappointed with their service, prices and add ons when it comes to their "pet vacations". Our 2 pets stayed for 3 nights and when booking they asked if we wanted our dogs walked. Of course we do! Well, that's an extra $10/dog!! Want them to play with your dog? $16/dog! I should have known then to walk away, but I still gave them a chance. I came to pick them up at 1PM and the bill sounded a bit high. Oh by the way, if you pick them up after noon we charge you an extra day!! What a scam. I ended up paying over $200 for 2 dogs for 3 days. Not to mention it took about 15 minutes to bring us our dogs. And the worst part is yet to come. When I got my dogs into the car they stunk of urine! We board our dogs about twice a year and this has never happened before. The dogs got home and each drank 2 bowls of water and it seemed they didn't get much to drink during their stay. After their much needed baths they slept for a loooonnngggg time. My guess is they didn't get much sleep at this "resort". We will never use Holiday Barn again and will drive the extra miles to Dude Ranch in Hanover. Their prices include 2 walks AND play time. They let you tour their facility anytime and it doesn't smell like dogs! Our dogs always come home well rested and as clean as we dropped them off. I think they even have web cameras in all their kennels now! Never again will I use Holiday Barn! read more

After I read some reviews, I probably need to write mine too? My pet NEVER been to any pet resort because I don't trust any of them. This one time in May we had to, so we started with a half day test. It went just fine. The manager promised to text me pics, but she never did. Ladies at the front desk never seemed to smile much. When I called few times to schedule, they didn't know we already been there once? They never recorded it either. Finally, my baby boarded in the expensive room with a tv and window view. During the stays, whenever I called and they said they will send me few photos, they NEVER did even after we picked her up! The day I picked her up, there was a spa we scheduled. Ok, we didn't ask for a haircut, but come on, she grew long hair after 5 days, why not call me if I wanted to arrange it? And she seemed to be THIRSTY! (just like one review said) I asked them if she had been drinking water, they said they kept plenty of water for them. Well, once we got into the car, my baby drank A TON of water! And the bill is no joke, $430 for 5 days. Review cards seem cute, but I noticed that someone wrote about her not eating, yet, no one called me to discuss and ALL her treats were finished! she came home with BIG belly...??! She also lost her voice from barking with the pack. No, too tough for my baby, no next time there. read more

This place is horrible! Go somewhere else! They do not know the meaning of customer service. The customer doesn't have to be right but they shouldn't be tested the way I was. I wouldn't leave my worst enemy's pets there even if they paid ME! read more
