They had 4 people working, and one of them kept stopping what he was doing to work on walk-in clients. I came in for a hair trial, and they literally burned my hair. and what parts weren't crispy, were hair sprayed so much it took THREE washings to get it out. I chose a different style thinking maybe that was the problem. I brought multiple pictures with me. It was simple. The woman screwed it up so royally. I was almost in tears when I asked her to fix it. She made some adjustments and said that was all she could do without charging me for 2 hairstyles because she would have to wash and dry my hair and start over again. Despite my insistence that I was unsatisfied, she did nothing to rectify the situation and I still had to pay full price. I went home, washed my hair and my 14 year old cousin ended up redoing it and it looked better than what this woman did. NONE of the stylists were up-to-date on styles. They had to watch a YT tutorial on how to do a hair bow for one of my girls. I explained to her what to do and it still took forever. Part of being a stylist is being on trend, especially if they're not difficult AT ALL to do. One stylist just STARED at my MOH for a solid 15 minutes and made her extremely uncomfortable. The whole experience was costly, poorly handed and upsetting.
