BUT Hilton seems to have cut corners with this Spark brand, which I found to be annoying and unacceptable: "Breakfast" is deficient, IMO; there are NO hot eggs, meats, pancakes or waffles. There are Bagels, cold cereal, muffins, yogurt available. There is NO in-room coffee, which I had come to expect from Hilton. There is no in-room wall-mounted thermostat; you need to negotiate the clumsy wall/window unit. There is only one ice machine, located on the first floor. For that matter, there is only one elevator. Entire hotel uses those small, round-bowl toilets, which are not at all accommodating to the male anatomy. Spark is the first hotel I've been to that uses these deficient bowls. What are the management thinking? Shower walls have no grab-bars and no footrest, which ladies seem to prefer. Room door was very poorly sealed - this could prove deadly in a smoke or fire situation. "by Hilton" has been my go-to brand for many years. But it appears that Spark by Hilton has missed the mark. What are they thinking?

I lay on the bed for a moment and I start to feel the bed get wet. what can that be? PEANUT BUTTER SMELLING GREASY LUBRICANT I called the front desk to send more sheets or change the room. They send me two more sets of sheets and tell me to stack it on top of each other because they have no more rooms to move to. I was put in a smoking room even though specifically requesting a non-smoking room. The clientele was so scary. We did not leave our room as a group of three females from as soon as it got dark until the sun came up. I was offered no compensation, I was offered zero compassion and out 100+ dollars for a room that should've cost me 30 at the most. I wish I could give a negative star review.

They have elevators if you're on an upper floor- we didn't see luggage carts (not sure if they had any if you asked). Our bathroom was dirty and there was a fake eyelash on the wall and a pubic hair on the side, so that was off putting and we decided not to use the shower, but the rest of the room appeared to be clean.

There are age restrictions , there are no activities for guests and no naughtiness is permitted like Mountain Creek Grove in Cleveland. They play up the new pool, it is beautiful but on a Friday for the entire day the much played up Bell and Whistle English Style Club was locked , lights off and inaccessible to the guest. We were all sitting around the pool, the hot tub was open but not temping this hot day in July. There are humorous stickers on the access to that as shown in my pictures. Serendipity Nudist Park in Cleveland encourages fun interacting with activities like water volleyball, shooting pool the list is endless here u have the pool and hot tub, no kitchen to order a snack not even a vending machine. The cottages are tiny but I heard they are nice. A new battery plant opened near by and they are renting camp sites to non nudist who are working there while they relocate. They let Meet Up Groups come Friday and Saturday allow them in the Bell and Whistle Pub for a $15 charge . We paid $45 as a couple and got to sit around the pool that's it. There wasn't anyone there overseeing thing except the owners who check u in. While this may seem like a pretty bad review as a seasoned experienced couple who have been to every other place in Ga and Florida this place is exactly what u can get in your back yard with your own pool and a cooler with a meal and drinks from your pocket. They need to step it up and not drop the ball this badly. It's just lazy in my view. There isn't any soap dispensers at the showers .So there it is they have beautiful picture of steps leading up to nothing and a new pool that's very uneven on the bottom and the area around it is so botched up. If it's your first time go anywhere else if it's not do the same.
