This was a nice place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights. All the front staff were friendly and accommodating. There's drinks and snacks aplenty in the hotel available 24/7. There's a huge indoor pool and towels available. My shower was awesome; great water pressure. The beds were a little unsettling with the bottom falling out of one of them. My room had a frig, microwave, and tv in it. I would stay here again.

I know that this site tries its best despite being understaffed. The reason I gave it just four stars is me finding a Bible in the bedside table drawer. It's a blatantly subtle suggestion for the Christian faith. They should completely do away with it.

The hotel was nice, clean and has an excellent location. However, our room was right off of the first floor exit doors and we heard slamming (VERY LOUD) our entire stay at all hours of the morning and night. Also, the bathtub drain was clogged so water was backing up, but they fixed it very quickly after we asked. We also noticed a bit of mold it looks like they are painting over. No fridge in the room or microwave, but they offered to use one in the lobby??? Other than that the hotel is very nice, pool and hot tub are great. Awesome location and staff was very nice. Overall a good stay and we'd come back if the above issues were corrected.

Hey look it is a bed bug.

They still have bedbugs woke up to one on my face. I'm writing this at 0300 worried about bed bugs and unable to find another hotel at this hour. Oh how I can not wait to get home and do laundry in a manner to avoid infesting my own home. They had the same complaint 6 months ago and obviously are still having issues.

Beautiful hotel and nice rooms. Close to different restaurants and six flags. I would definitely stay here again.

Apologies, mgt did speak with all 4 groups and all was well. It was not the hotels fault but the adults accompanying all the kids.

The cocktail lounge is like nothing you'll find anywhere else. Rich dark wood and equestrian decor create a cozy atmosphere for your guests. You'll absolutely love how huge the grand ballroom is. I have organized eighteen large-scale events at other venues and have never had to deal with the lack of hospitality by an owner like I did at this place. While our families put together a beautiful and memorable event, it was not without a ridiculous amount of stress from the unaccommodating owners. The zero-tolerance policy of outside alcohol was handwritten like a note on the contract after it was already signed. The conversation about outside alcohol was casual and a story about a previous wedding where a keg was brought into the Groom's suite. Had we been told that their liquor license was in jeopardy instead of being disrespectfully yelled at, we could have resolved the issue professionally. The fact that the owners rummaged through personal items, confiscated gifts without our knowledge, constantly monitored every move via the surveillance cameras (there is no sign anywhere that you are being watched/recorded), spoke to us in a very rude manner, basically called us liars several times, and much more, made me regret the decision to have the wedding at the barn. What owner would say to the bride, "I bet you can't wait till this is over"? Or roll his eyes and say, "oh, god" at the decor we were bringing in? I am disgusted that the surveillance camera in the Groom's suite watched their every move. I wonder if the barn follows the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. I question the adequate exit access and compliant fire alarm system. I also question their compliance with the ADA Standards for Accessible Design (no designated accessible parking spaces). These are all serious matters that deserve attention. If you prioritize hospitality and integrity in your event planning, look for an alternative venue.

I was in a King suite and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a little sitting area with a couch and table so that was nice for my recruit and family to have a place to sit and hang out during her liberty. The shower was really nice and clean as well. I had the complimentary breakfast every day while I was there and it was good for a free breakfast. Waffle maker, cereals, fruit, bagels, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit juices, ice water, yogurt. The scrambled eggs weren't great, but everything else was fine. There's a nice sitting area with tables for breakfast. It felt safe here and it's in a good area. You have to use your room key to use the elevator so that helps with security. Parking was very easy with lots of spots. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants, and it's right next to a Walmart and a fairly large Casino which was really fun (with 3 restaurants in the casino itself). I interacted with 3 staff members at the front desk and all were very friendly. The hotel is 10 mins drive from the Naval Base, but took over an hour and a half around 6am on graduation day to get in the gate because of all the traffic. The hotel does have a shuttle to the base on graduation day. We didn't use the shuttle but it seems like a convenient option. I didn't use the pool or gym, but I peeked in to see both seemed fine. The gym is small but had a treadmill and a few other machines. Overall staying at this place was a good experience and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Despite multiple requests for housekeeping, our room was never cleaned regularly. When you're staying at an extended-stay property, you expect a baseline of hygiene that was simply never met here. The service at the front desk was equally disappointing. Luisa missed a critical wake-up call, and when confronted, her excuse was that the calls "weren't working yesterday" so it "wasn't their problem." There was no apology for the inconvenience or the potential impact on my schedule. To make matters worse, the facility itself is falling apart: No Hot Water: The water system broke during our stay, meaning no hot showers. Broken Fridge: The refrigerator in our suite failed, causing all of our groceries to spoil. When I brought these mounting issues to the attention of Keenan, the General Manager, he basically pushed back and wrote passive aggressive email with very little sympathy. I will note did not meet Keenan as they were never at the property...

I had to make 2 reservations as one night I was using points and the other I was paying for. Everyone was very helpful in general when I had questions. They do not have a fitness room (which is probably good as every one that I went into at a hotel was stinky so I walked out) but they would give me a pass to a fitness center not far away. They also offered to keep my cooler packs in their freezer until we were leaving. The room was very clean, the breakfast was a regular hotel breakfast except the pancakes. I will recommend the pancakes. I love that machine, fresh pancakes with no mess or fuss. They would have gotten a 5 stars if the room would have had a larger refrigerator (we had a small square fridge), if the fridge had a freezer, and the mattress would not have slid on the metal platform every time I got onto the bed. I am 5 foot and the bed was a bit tall for me, I could not just sit down on it. If you hit the mattress with your knee walking by the mattress moved. I suggested to them to put a rug gripper under the mattress. My sister had a firmer bed, mine was softer and I wish I would have taken the firmer mattress. The pillows were not for me, but I like a firmer pillow.

To make matters worse, the breakfast made me sick two days in a row. At first, I thought it was just an upset stomach or maybe the eggs, but the next day I only ate the breakfast sausage and ended up throwing up. It was clear the food was old. If cleanliness and fresh food are important to you, I wouldn't recommend staying here
