On top of that he was flexible and scheduled an appointment with me the next day which was perfect! He and his brother gave me a heads up when they were on their way and arrived on time with all of the necessary Covid PPE. I showed them the areas of concern and was informed of the additional time/labor to remove/reinstall gutter screens/guards. We negotiated the final price and it was still better than the rest! He also told us our roof was leaking because it was installed with 30 lbs underlayment but the pitch was too low and assured us he would take care of us. Since he couldn't fit us into his schedule before the storm, he covered our roof and his team came and fixed it after the storm.
