We were cleaning up our storage (has 2 doors) and closed one side of the door. The lady that worked there was sweeping up and said hi to us(not sure if she was really sweeping because there were nails EVERYWHERE), then she leaves and we hear someone opening up our other storage door!!!!! She said she was opening it because there was no lock, but we closed one side because the sun was hitting and it was hot. Total invasion of privacy and unprofessional!!!! It's not like both storage doors were closed. I couldn't believe it. We thought that someone was trying to break into our storage while we were on the other side! I showed up at that one and the unit was 2 feet smaller than they claimed. I then went to all the units in the area and this was the only place where the units were actually the size advertised. Always take a tape measure when getting a new storage unit. I first wanted a 5 X 10, not a 3 X 8 and get charged for a 5 X 10 . Storage solutions had the advertised sizes. There's was one of the only ones in the area that actually measured out to be the right sizes. So later I moved into a larger unit. I've now been there for many years. They keep the place clean. The managers have been really nice to me. They've become buddies I hate to leave. I've never had my stuff bothered here. They have great gate hours. As far as the other reviews, Yes, of course, every storage unit facility on the planet raises the rent on a regular basis. I've used more than I can count and everyone does it. That's the business. So I showed up and the place was pretty full, but he found a unit for me to use because I was desperate. I was driving around a big moving truck from out of state, looking for somewhere to put the stuff, because the place I reserved had lied about the size of the units and they stunk like mold. Storage solutions was honest about the sizes and does not smell. He got me in when I was desperate. It's been a good place over the years. I'd rent here again in a second.
