He and Patty (if you prefer a female trainer) train at a smaller scale gym that is VERY clean, small one-on-one training so no crowds. My original goal was to try this for 6mo and it has now been nearly 9mo. This is a cute, clean, and well equipped facility! I come here to receive massage therapy services from Katt! She is hands-down the absolute best massage therapist. Her knowledge of anatomy is obvious as she works. She is able to provide deep tissue relief without making you feel uncomfortable. Her room set-up is very relaxing. I really expected her to just focus on the workouts themselves but Pati also helped me with understanding better food choices, giving me advice on my sleep routine, and always checking in on me between our sessions.
