Honestly I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The outside had me questioning my life's decisions.. but when I walked in I was truly amazed. They are super reasonably priced for the services they offer. You start in a eucalyptus steam room then you get a body scrub (this i wasnt exactly prepared for its definitely a different experience) and then you move on to a dry sauna. After all this prep you move on to the actual massage. Im not sure how such a small woman was able to apply so much pressure (i asked for hard) or how she tossed me around so easily but she definitely got all the knots out that I didnt even know I had. She walked on my back which was another new experience for me (you can opt out of it) and again used her feet better than some places use there hands to find the areas that really need it. Every step of the way they explain what youre getting into and say you can cut anything short that isnt for you. Also most importantly the place was super clean. I will definitely be back and with this price point it will be more often than i thought possible. read more

I have been here a lot over the past year. I don't go to many places lately but this is my indulgence spot. Get the whole package. Do the scrubbed, steam, sauna, and massage. Ask them to walk on your back in those tough spots. If you can do the tropical shower scrub because your life needs it as an experience. The full body melting warm spray while they exfoliate your skin on the table is so lovely. The hair scrub detoxed my scalp for weeks. The owner is I think the desk person most times I go in. I love her vibe. I love that she gives little gifts to say thank you. I leave with a warm cookie and smile all the way home. The intensity of the massage is great but you can ask for anything. I love the ambiance too. It's so calming but fun at the same time. I wish ai could sit in the lobby and read a book and just pay for the steam and sauna rooms sometimes. If they had baths/hot tubs. I'd be a subscriber in a heartbeat just rotating through the spa areas. It is the closest I have found to the hammam experience in Paris, not the same but it has the high points. I'm speechless! The 90min massage Liu gave me was fantastic, I can't believe all the work she did without needing any breaks. I left feeling so relaxed and I definitely found my new favorite place. For a total of 2 hours and less than $200, I got to enjoy their steam sauna, have a body scrub, dry off in their cedar dry sauna, in addition to having my back walked on and all my tense muscles worked on. Had an amazing time! Ford time ever going to a spa for a massage. I had the Vichy treatment and was well worth the experience. The eucalyptus steam room had a good aroma but was too hot for me at 110 F and I could not stay in for so long as it felt like I was burning. The shower room was incredible along with the nice smelling scrub. The cucumber facial was amazing and not sticky and feeling the slices of cucumber after applying the mask felt refreshing and the scalp massage with the hair wash was great. The dry sauna was nice contrast to the wet rooms. The massage was incredible. I didn't know I had such tight areas and knots. My masseuse Xue was really good and asked me throughout if it was too strong, she used multiple techniques including backwalking and helped stretch me out and kneed out some tension and try to knead out the knots I had. The hot stones were good too I liked that they were not too hot and overall the massage made me so relaxed I almost fell asleep and felt in heaven. I also liked that they give a chocolate chip cookie for the road and wine as a gift for first time visitors. Would love to come back again read more

Booked a couples massage but was really underwhelmed. The eucalyptus steam room was nice but aside from that, it was not a great experience. The scrub was only a couple minutes and felt rushed. Now, the massage did not feel good. My masseuse wasn't paying attention to where there was tension and was just going through the motions. All in all was not a great experience and would suggest somewhere more specialized for a massage. Also, was not offered any cookies on the way out. read more

Or just extremely priced if they offered more. This place had EXACTLY everything you'd want in a "dream spa day". My mom and I did the Vichi Package and it was incredible. You begin with a steam followed by the Vichi room where they mix scrubbing water pressure and massage to give you a full body treatment. I was blown away by this! They scrub and lightly massage your whole body, wash and cucumber peel your face and wash and condition your hair. That alone would have been well worth the money! First & foremost for anyone who has never been to a Korean Spa please be forewarned that this is not your "typical" spa where the body scrub or massage are intended to feel light / Swedish style. I've been to Korean spas back when I lived in NYC and those were amazing experiences. Holistic Spa Therapy Center definitely lived up to my expectation. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I'm very glad I did. I got one of the spa packages which include: - Eucalyptus Steam room - 30 min body scrub - Cucumber Mask - Scalp massage & treatment - 1 hour body massage The scrub is vigorous and at times may be slightly uncomfortable but ultimately it feels fantastic once you're done. During the scrub session they give you a cucumber mask (not paste on face, real sliced cucumbers), wash your scalp & hair. If you have long hair like me you better bring a brush! As for the massage, it starts with a blanket over you and they work out all the kinks. My masseuse even did a bit of the back walk. Always checked in on me throughout the massage and honestly it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in it smelled good, the place was clean and it exceeded my expectations and all things considered their pricing is very reasonable.
