We verified that the oil levels were fine, so we had our mechanic look at it and he determined that we needed a new oil pump. We contacted the owner of Underhill motors and he insisted that he have his mechanic look at it, which is understandable. All there mechanic did was do an engine flush and change the oil! I went to the dealership to express my concerns and all the owner did was throw his hands in the air and literally push me out. Reading other reviews, this seems like a trend. A week later, we had the same issue. This time we went back and forth to the dealership and his mechanic three times. He was unwilling to fix the vehicle even though he said there was a warranty. Over the past several weeks we still have the ticking in the motor. Now we have replaced the thermostat, brake lines, and rear HVAC control module. Now my mechanic tells me we have a head problem and we are going to need a new engine. Now he ignores my calls. I don't have the money to fix this lemon, and this is my only car. I had a solenoid go out, rendering it unable to start. Was visiting Dickson so it was towed to Nick Meyer. They replaced the solenoid but reported three other issues found. Out of the three things we were told needed immediate attention to be safe (totaling $3,786), literally none of them were true. I took the vehicle to 4 mechanics in a nearby town and all of them verified that the Nick Meyer claimed issues were non-existent. Not to mention, I was told to pick up the vehicle at 1:00, and by 5:15 I was STILL waiting for it to be ready. I truly believe that the conduct displayed here is illegal. I hope someone looks into the business practices here and opens a fraud case.

(I chose the lowest priced ones to not take advantage of their amazing generosity and customer satisfaction) They're not a mega dealership with 100's of choices, but I can guarantee you they're honest, they treat people like a friend, they'll work with you and they are fair priced and strive to go above and beyond for your business. Also the car was meticulously detailed inside and out, good tires all around, the aftermarket Pioneer stereo/DVD with remote is probably worth about half what we paid for the whole car, it also had close to half a tank of gas and the original owners manual along with the Carfax report they provide.
