Being pretty new to the area I called Brian from Hook Em' Up Towing for a quick jump to get me to a spot where I could buy and replace the battery. Brian got there right on time, jumped the battery, and offered some solid advice and equipment I might want to consider getting for battery repair. Lo and behold, my air on a tire was so low that on the way to Autozone my tire blows out. I head to the nearest gas station, call Brian back to help with a tire change and he (thankfully) has an open schedule. He gets there, jacks my car up, takes the tire off, and notices my spare has a minor leak. He heads into the gas station, picks up some sealant, and adds it to the spare before getting it on the car. After filling all the tires again, he jumps the battery one more time and I'm on my way. If you are in Nashville and need some roadside assistance, you can't do better than Hook Em' Up Towing. Great family-based service at a reasonable price.

They are a slimy shady business that will do whatever they can for a cheap buck. They towed my car from the parking spot that I'm registered and pay for because my tags were only 3 months expired. Mind you they are not even contracted by my complex. They admitted to driving around at night looking for reasons to tow people. When my apartment complex called to have my car released without charge they refused. They told me I could come pick my car up at 4:30 and didn't show up until 6:10. They tried to have me sign the release papers before even taking my car off the lift... sketchy. Wonder why they only accept cash payment? Weird. I also found it odd that my car wasn't in a lott. It was the only car in the driveway that looked like someone house. RED FLAGS all over. I've held on to this review for over a year because I don't trust them not to do something with my car out of spite (yes, they are that shady). But they are back at it again at my complex. I will state again that they are NOT contracted by my property. SHADY business.

Since I got my car back which was repaired quickly and professionally I did some research on what the job should have cost. The job book time is 4 hours as this particular alternator is hard to access. The part itself in the best brand available runs from a low of $178 to $300 at NAPA. Based on my research at several repair facilities, both independent and dealerships the cost for this job should have ranged from $600 to $850. This repair shop charged $1200 Of course I'll never use this shop again, but if money is no object this place will repair your vehicle quickly and correctly.

Went back to this location at around 10:30a on a Sunday & only 1 guy was there. All I got was "I'm sorry that happened, if you go over to white bridge they can take you right now. They quoted me a price, negotiated it down a bit and we were out in an hour with new brakes. The place itself is a bit dumpy but employees appeared knowledgeable and front end customer service was great. We will see if I have any future issues but all in all I would recommend.
