The receptionist was kind and helpful in scheduling my service, Tony was clear in his explanation of what was needed and my truck was done in the same day. I had taken my truck to the other shop in town (due only to seeing their name first on a local Facebook search), and that was a mistake. I brought it in for the coolant leak and next thing I know the shop had quoted me for things like shocks, spark plugs, brake fluid flush, etc. To top it off, they said I would need to have my water pump changed. Tony's did not have to change my water pump to fix the leak. They beat the other shop by over $900. I will always bring my vehicles to Tony's after the service I received. I recently changed the power steering pump on my work van, and I spent all day in the cold wind. They would have done it for about $100. I had to rent the tool, return it, get the parts. And wonder if I was doing the job right. With the fan shroud in the way of removing the pully I should have just let them do it. After all what is my time worth.
