I had a solenoid go out, rendering it unable to start. Was visiting Dickson so it was towed to Nick Meyer. They replaced the solenoid but reported three other issues found. Out of the three things we were told needed immediate attention to be safe (totaling $3,786), literally none of them were true. I took the vehicle to 4 mechanics in a nearby town and all of them verified that the Nick Meyer claimed issues were non-existent. Not to mention, I was told to pick up the vehicle at 1:00, and by 5:15 I was STILL waiting for it to be ready. I truly believe that the conduct displayed here is illegal. I hope someone looks into the business practices here and opens a fraud case.

We had two vehicles that were serviced by Holland. At first our vehicles were treated well- but…read moreafter about 8 months, we started needing more expensive services... and that's when things went bad. In both cases (two different types of vehicles, both of which had been maintained regularly before our previous mechanic retired), the repairs to the damages caused by Holland has run us over $10k. Our truck broke down 8 hours after leaving Holland, stranding me and two young children, a dog and the trailer we were hauling, in Roanoke VA (literally left Holland and got on the road). We are now having to replace all the parts that Holland put in, because they used faulty and bad parts. I pulled our records from this company a year ago, and it's taken me this long to write a review, as thinking about how they jacked us around has made me mad.

After having it towed in, within 3 hours they called me to let me know i needed a transmission. They quoted me for a remanufactured one. I gave them the go ahead to replace it. Three days later they called me and said it was ready for pick up. Outstanding service !!! It now drives like a brand new one.
